Jacinta McMahon is a User Experience Consultant at Thirst Studios in Melbourne. I first met Jacinta when she was a student in one of my Graphic Recording and Whiteboards Mastery training courses a couple of years ago. Welcome to the first episode of the Listen/Hear podcast! A communication based podcast where we pick the brains of people who listen for a living. In this episode we talk to Louise, who has worked in the insurance industry for 10 years, currently working in fraud investigation. She's also studied Personal Training, competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and is currently studying a Bachelor of Education online.
