Knowing when to ask for advice is hard, knowing how to take it is harder. Today’s will cover the basics of seeking advice and learning when incorporate the opinions of others and when to let them go.
Do you notice you’re a different person around family or old friends? Do you recognize old habits or characteristics revealing themselves around them? In this episode I share a personal story and discuss the effects of family/friendship roles and why we become unrecognizable to ourselves around others. I also give tips on breaking those habits/roles and stepping into the true character we want others to see.
