    Merry Christmas!  Our Christmas tradition for many years has been to make bouillabaisse (French fish stew) on Christmas Eve.  This year we spoke to Chef Laurent Zirotti of Fleur de Sel restaurant in Post Falls, ID to get some pro tips.  Then we invited family friend Lauren Armstrong over to try our new and improved bouillabaisse.  Bon appétit!
