She manages 11 social media accounts across 6 networks and provides oversight and guidance for all student- and department-run pages. She also develops best practices for social media use and engagement and consults on guidelines and strategy for campus departments, programs and student organizations. Hunsinger received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from MSU Denver in 2014, after which she served as the University’s enrollment and community manager for three years. She is certified in Hootsuite and Higher Education Customer Service and has worked as a freelance social media consultant to help several mid-sized firms find their social media voice and build an engaged following. In her spare time, she loves hiking, cooking delicious food and spending time with her husband and two greyhounds. If she could only use one platform for the rest of her life, it would definitely be Instagram.
