In this episode, I talk to a friend of mine who got married young under the structure of Purity Culture in Evangelical Christianity. We discuss the pressure she felt to remain pure until marriage, the struggles she found in dating with that pressure, and the ways her faith impacted her relationship decisions. We discuss how her and her husband come to a mutual sharing and understanding that they desired to experience others, and how that conversation and those steps led them to live polyamorous today.
