Who knew one deep, dark lie, or truth, or lie about being “naked wasted” would set a whole chain of events in motion that will ultimately cost several current orange holders their jobs when this “blogger” season of RHOC comes to an end.  RHOA comparisons have been made, the entire cast has been telling various lies and in Miss Judge's own words from the past, any season that is all about something that has happened off air could be a huge red flag for the future success of the show. In other news, Luis Ruelas is up to this old tricks, but this time, his recent statements and actions are so scandalous and anti-Bravo that the nail could finally be put in Teresa's proverbial coffin. Speaking of Tre, the RHONJ cast is in a “Game of Thrones” style bloodbath with a race to the finish line as the new cast is expected to be announced in 3,2,1…. @behindvelvetrope @davidyontef Learn more about your ad choices. A massive 8.8 magnitude mega earthquake off Russia's east coast sent tsunami waves into Japan, Hawaii and the US west coast this week. While more than two million people across the Pacific were ordered to evacuate, there were no immediate reports of any fatalities. After recent devastating tsunamis like the ones that hit Fukushima in 2011 and the Boxing Day disaster of 2004, we speak to Environmental Seismology lecturer at University College London, Dr Stephen Hicks, to ask why this quake didn't cause anywhere near the same amount of harm. After the Lionesses successfully defended their UEFA European Women's Championship, Marnie Chesterton is joined by Professor of Sports Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University, Steve Haake, to looks at the role data analysis and Artificial Intelligence is now playing in football and other sports. We hear about fascinating new research from primatologist Professor Cat Hobaiter at the University of St Andrews into what we can learn about our evolution by studying how apes eat alcoholic fermented fruit. And Marnie is joined by technology broadcaster Gareth Mitchell to hear about the week's brand new scientific discovery news, and for a musical homage to the satirical songwriter and mathematician Tom Lehrer, who died this week at the age of 97.Presenter: Marnie Chesterton Producers: Clare Salisbury, Dan Welsh, Jonathan Blackwell Editor: Martin Smith Production Co-ordinator: Jana Bennett-Holesworth

Today's episode dives into one of the most common anddamaging beliefs women carry:That sexuality isn't important. That it's optional. It belongs on the back burner. But what if ignoring your sexuality is like ignoring a leakingsink behind the wall? You don't see it every day… You pretend it's fine… Until one day the floor is rotting, the walls are moldy, and your entire foundation feels off. That's what happens when we disconnect from our sexuality. We will address:What if Your Sexuality Was Sacred, Not Shameful? What if prioritizing your sensual and sexual aliveness wasthe most generous thing you could do for yourself, your body, your relationships, and your mission? What if your sexuality wasn't just about sex but about yourlife force, your truth, your radiance? This isn't about becoming “sexier” for someone else. This is about reclaiming the parts of you that you were told to shut down.Because your sexuality is not a side piece, it's a core part of who you are.And when you reconnect to that? You become unstoppable.JOIN US on Sept 19/ 20 Shameless Freedom Live - The Freedom Keys

In this episode, we unpack: Why labeling is so destructive (even if you didn't mean it that way) How it rewires the way you see each other over time What to say instead that's honest—but not hurtful Real-life phrases to express hurt without attacking character We also give you a simple script to use during tough conversations—so you can still speak your truth without triggering shame or defensiveness. If you want to feel closer and more emotionally safe in your marriage, even during conflict, this is a must-listen.

Are your thoughts and actions regularly dictated by a harsh inner critic? Do you find yourself filled with feelings of unworthiness and that you are undeserving of love? If so, you may well be dealing with the symptoms of core shame. Our guest, David Jurasek, knows firsthand the devastating impact shame can have on your life and relationships, and he joins us today to shed light on this urgent topic. Drawing on his 25 years of experience as a mentor and therapist, David's work is defined by his belief that your biggest source of sabotage is driven by core shame. He is the founder of Powerful and Loving, a community helping men and boys become powerful leaders who cultivate thriving relationships. Additionally, he is the author of My Heart Is A Muscle, a book that he wrote with the hopes of moving 500 men in the deepest way possible. In today's conversation, we unpack the concept of core shame, where it tends to stem from, the devastating impact it can have on our lives, and how we can begin to release and heal from it. David opens up about the role that shame played in his life and explains why identifying its root cause is so important. We explore how our shame-based society prevents us from looking inward and the power of healthy relationships and community in helping us heal from shame. Our conversation also investigates the role of shame in our relationships and how we can break patterns of blame and criticism, before exploring how to go about dethroning your inner critic, followed by simple and effective techniques to help you process and let go of shame. FBI agent Robert Hanssen was one of the most damaging spies in US history. From 1979 to 2001, Hanssen delivered some of the United States governments' most sensitive secrets to Soviet and Russian agents, who used them to not only undermine US national security, but to identify and execute individuals who were working with the FBI. And despite an awareness of spies working within the FBI, Hanssen managed to operate for more than two decades before finally getting caught. In this episode we speak with CBS News' Major Garrett, whose new podcast Agent of Betrayal: The Double Life of Robert Hanssen, explores Hanssen's decision to spy on the US and how he managed to operate for so long without being caught. A thoroughly researched history with all the turns of a great true crime podcast, we think you'll enjoy Agent of Betrayal, available on Apple podcasts, Spotify, or anywhere else you get your podcasts. Have you ever sat in a women's Bible study, nodding politely while someone says “your husband is your spiritual covering,” and inside you're thinking, I think I'm dying a little bit every time I say “yes, dear”?In this episode, I get real about complementarianism, the nice-sounding theology that quietly hijacked our self-worth, autonomy, and sanity. I share how I was the poster child for it once (hello, Created to Be His Help Meet), and how that life script nearly destroyed my soul.I'm unpacking the research, the psychology, the theology, and yes, the “are you kidding me right now?” stories from real women who've lived this. It's systemic. And it's deeply damaging. What You'll Learn: How complementarianism teaches learned helplessness (like, literal textbook psychology)That a shocking number of women from these teachings suffer from anxiety, decision fatigue, and depression but think it's a faith issue, not a mental health oneWhy your pastor's advice to “submit harder” is about as helpful as telling someone with a broken leg to “walk it off with a godly attitude”That yes, the research confirms it: biblical womanhood theology messes with your brainHow to tell the difference between “conviction” and religious traumaRead the full show notes and/or ask Natalie a question hereRelated Resources:Head to our website to find ALL the resources I packed into today's episode.Check out some related Flying Free resources, including an article I wrote called “How Complementarianism Causes Abuse in Churches and Homes” and an episode called “Do Gender Roles Contribute to Emotional Abuse in the Home and Church?”

FBI Expert Karen Read Defense Witnesses Are Damaging Their Own Case Former FBI Counterintelligence Chief Robin Dreeke provides explosive analysis of how Karen Read's defense witnesses are systematically destroying their own credibility and damaging their client's case through poor preparation, methodology failures, and damaging admissions under cross-examination. This detailed breakdown reveals why the defense's witness strategy has become a prosecutorial gift. Dreeke examines the catastrophic testimony of vehicle data expert Matthew DiSogra, who admitted under Special Prosecutor Hank Brennan's methodical cross-examination that he conducted no actual testing in the case while offering definitive opinions about collision events. The FBI expert explains how this kind of witness overreach creates credibility disasters that competent legal teams should prevent through proper vetting and preparation. The analysis covers the media contamination issues with snowplow driver Brian Loughran, whose admission of extensive case coverage exposure demolished defense claims of pristine eyewitness testimony. Dreeke details how contaminated witnesses often become more confident in false memories, making them particularly dangerous for the side calling them. Drawing from his experience in witness evaluation, Dreeke breaks down how dog bite expert Dr. Marie Russell's changing opinions between trials signals narrative-driven rather than evidence-driven conclusions. The behavioral expert explains why juries recognize and reject expert testimony that appears tailored to support predetermined conclusions. The interview reveals how the defense's apparent witness intimidation of former Canton Officer Kelly Dever represents both legal and strategic catastrophe, potentially resulting in sanctions while demonstrating desperation to manufacture favorable testimony. Dreeke explains how these tactical failures cascade, each one making subsequent witnesses appear less credible by association. This analysis provides unique insights into witness credibility evaluation and why the Karen Read defense witnesses are helping rather than hurting the prosecution's case. #KarenRead #DefenseWitnesses #FBI #WitnessCredibility #BehavioralAnalysis #ExpertTestimony #TrialStrategy #JohnOKeefe #MurderTrial #CrossExamination #LegalAnalysis #TrueCrime #CourtroomStrategy #TrialUpdate #Massachusetts Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video?  Check out our YouTube Channel. https://www.youtube.com/@hiddenkillerspod Instagram https://www.instagram.com/hiddenkillerspod/ Facebook https://www.facebook.com/hiddenkillerspod/ Tik-Tok https://www.tiktok.com/@hiddenkillerspod X Twitter https://x.com/tonybpod Listen Ad-Free On Apple Podcasts Here: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/true-crime-today-premium-plus-ad-free-advance-episode/id1705422872

Glyphosate is a toxic carcinogenic chemical found in RoundUp, a weedkiller that is routinely sprayed on our lawns and crops. But the bad news doesn't stop there! It is making its way into the food we eat, the air, and the water. Worse still, the maker of glyphosate, Bayer, is working on passing liability shield legislation so that they cannot be sued for the way the poison in their products is affecting the nation! Today, Kelly Ryerson, known as the Glyphosate Girl, explains why she is working so hard to inform the public about the dangers of glyphosate and the company that wants to protect itself from the fallout of the harm it is causing. Kelly goes over the legislation that is being considered in various states across the country. She also explains why glyphosate is so damaging, how it personally affected her own life, and how a General Mills whistleblower helped her to connect the dots about it all. Update: The liability legislation being considered in North Dakota, at the time of the interview, has since been passed in that state.   Visit Kelly's websites: americanregeneration.org and glyphosatefacts.com Become a member of the Weston A.
