After a 3-month book launch sprint, it's time to step back for a minute and take stock of what's been learned. And where the conversation about leadership to reverse America's inequities goes from here. I can't think of anyone better to talk to than Richard Woo, 24-7 Auth Rebuilder, and Episode 2

If the leadership trait, Generosity Mindset, seems at all vague or hard to grasp, it won't after listening to Cecilia Gutierrez. She is a leader that openly shares that she has felt "impostor syndrome" along the journey (haven't we all?) and yet I've only experienced her as a force of nature.

On Rebuilders, we are bringing in future-thinking people to help us look at the leaders we need for the 2020s. Nancy Giordano is a strategist futurist who just published her new book, Leadering, which lays out a radically new approach to leadership. Nancy provides urgency and clarity around what 21st-century stewardship demands. We'll talk about the intersection between her lens on the future and the vital traits of Rebuilders. 

We shift gears and bring in leadership voices from other places. SheEO is building an ecosystem to dramatically improve outcomes for women entrepreneurs working on the World’s to-do List. The perspective SheEO and Vicki bring to leadership is both simpatico with Rebuilders and makes abundantly clear how vital women leaders will be in the decade ahead.

Michelle Nunn saw U2 at a LiveAid Concert in 1985 and that inspired the belief in her that collective action could help change the world. Sometimes it starts that way. And today she is working on poverty all over the USA.

As with many of our most effective Rebuilders, Kathy Calvin truly immersed herself in all three sectors and became a stronger leader for it. Along that journey, including the United Nations Foundation, she "learned" important lessons that can inform your leadership beliefs.

Richard Woo thinks about leadership as deeply as anyone I've ever known. You may have to playback some of his thoughts two or three times but it's worth every minute as he helps you explore the kind of leader America needs you to be in the 2020s.

David Risher had a phenomenal professional career, crossing paths with Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates, among others. His whole life journey has prepared him for the decade and provides each of us with critical ideas that can make us better leaders.
