'Mañana matarán a Daniel' es la última novela de Aroa Moreno Durán (Random House). Daniel es el alias de José Humberto Francisco Baena Alonso, militante del Frente revolucionario Antifascista y Patriota (El FRAP), que fue  fusilado el 27 de septiembre de 1975 a los 25 años de edad. Fue uno de los últimos condenados a muerte del régimen franquista ejecutado a escasos dos meses de la muerte del dictador. Aroa Moreno descubre fortuitamente que tanto Daniel  como otros dos miembros del FRAP cayeron en un campo de tiro cercano a su domicilio y espacios de paseos por el monte, en Hoyo de Manzanares. Eso hace que en esta novela se mezclen dos mundos, lo que pasó hace cincuenta años lo lo que pasa hoy a través del proceso de construcción de la novela. Una historia apasionante que nos ayuda a recuperar un hecho que debe o debería estar en la memoria de todos. En la biblioteca de hoy , además del libro de Aroa Moreno Durán, nuestro bibliotecario Antonio Martínez Asensio nos contó en tres minutos 'La invención de Morel' de Adolfo Bioy Casares (De Bolsillo). 

Terminamos la semana en la biblioteca de Don Antonio Martínez Asensio donde hablamos con Aroa Moreno Durán autora del libro 'Mañana matarán a Daniel', una novela que nace de un paseo de la autora en el que descubre que vive al lado de unos de los sitios donde ocurrieron tres de los últimos cinco fusilamientos del franquismo. Seguimos con las historias musicales y hoy Neira ha elegido Florence and The Machine con su nuevo álbum 'Everybody scream'.  Y por último, está con nosotros luz casal que presenta "Me voy a permitir", su nuevo álbum, y nos tocará uno de los temas en directo.

Solo una semana después del juicio a Álvaro García Ortiz, el Tribunal Supremo compuesto por siete jueces condena al fiscal general del Estado a dos años de inhabilitación por un delito de revelación de secretos. También deberá pagar una multa de 7.200 euros y a una indemnización para Alberto González Amador, novio de Díaz Ayuso, en concepto de daños morales de En RNE, Víctor Moreno, catedrático de Derecho Procesal de la Universidad Carlos III, cree que al sentencia es "un todo" que contiene no solo el fallo, sino "la fundamentación" de porqué se condena. "El adelanto del fallo siempre me parece que es rechazable, porque atenta, en el caso de condena, a la presunción de inocencia", añade el catedrático."La sentencia hay que discutirla y hay que debatirla entera, con todos sus fundamentos. En este caso se ha debatido, dice el Tribunal, pero no se han expresado los argumentos razonadamente y por lo tanto se han votado las razones por las cuales, se discrepa o se adhieren los magistrados a la decisión final. Esto no se ha expresado. Es más, se ha cambiado la ponente al final, a la vista de su decisión contraria a la mayoría, y se ha cambiado el ponente por el Presidente. Es decir, que el Presidente tiene que ponerse a redactar la sentencia desde el principio. No sabemos cuánto tiempo va a tardar", explica Moreno, que añade que "se ha colocado a todo el mundo en un limbo jurídico muy difícil de resolver"."Cuando es un caso tan excepcional, tan primero, tan pionero de enjuiciamiento al Fiscal General del Estado, es evidente que la sentencia no solo tiene que vencer, sino que convencer, y para eso habría que haber requerido la unanimidad de los siete magistrados. Por ejemplo, la sentencia del procés fue por unanimidad, se dictó por unanimidad y no se avanzó ningún fallo. Se dictó al final íntegra la sentencia y además por todos los magistrados que la componían. Institucionalmente el Supremo, en este caso tan particular, debiera haber intentado y debiera haber conseguido la unanimidad de los magistrados para trasladar a la ciudadanía una resolución.
