Lizzie Borden was an American woman who was the main suspect in the August 4th, 1892 axe slayings of her father and stepmother in their house in Fall River, Massachusetts. Lizzie Borden was tried and acquitted. The case received widespread newspaper coverage throughout the United States. It remains an unsolved mystery till this day, and in recent times has been made into countless documentaries, a movie, and a tv show.
Today's ep is about the cursed Poltergeist set! Poltergeist is a movie from 1982 starring Heather O'Rourke, Dominique Dunne, and more. Many of the actors in the horror movie experienced paranormal activity on and off the set. Several even lost their lives shortly after being in the film! Was the Poltergeist movie set haunted? It all started one night in September of 1966 in Sheffield, Massachusetts. 6 year old Thomas Reed and his younger brother Matt started seeing orbs in their room. Then all of a sudden they were in an alien UFO craft. These alien encounters went on for several years, and it not only happened to the Reed brothers, but their mother and grandmother as well. Due to many people in the town witnessing one particular incident, the historical society has declared the UFO encounters to be historical fact. What do you guys think?

Later, the Lutz family would move into the home. They claim to have seen all kinds of paranormal activity. Because of the hauntings they only lasted a total of 28 days in the house. They then released a book called 'The Amityville Horror', and countless movies have been released on what happened there. Some people think it was real, and some think it was all a hoax.
