This year's NSDA policy debate topic takes on the issue of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, specifically calling into question U.S. security cooperation with the Cold War era organization. As such, MDL's founder, Eli Brown, moves on from NATO to discuss the apparatus which enables U.S. security cooperation, as well as the arguments for and against increasing security cooperation.
