It's here, the end of the year and it is more than just a date. In December we complete several important energy cycles and prepare for new adventures in 2026. We now have Saturn and Neptune direct in Pisces, completing their rare and powerful transit. Neptune has been in Pisces since 2011, carefully holding space for our spiritual growth as we went through the tumultuous aspects of 2012 and then 2020 through 2025. Its mission in protecting and supporting our ascension cycle is complete and it moves into Aries to support our new integrated ascension path.So it's fitting that December is a double 3 energy – 12th month is a 3 and December 2025 is a 3 as 12 + 9 = 21, 2 + 1 = 3. And in the tarot 21 is the World card, the final card in the major arcana. We also have a triple 3 on December 3 and 30, which we also had this year on March 30 and 30. This has definitely been a year for mastery and we are approaching the end so it's time to wrap it up and prepare for something new.33 is the number of mastery but this is less about accomplishment than it is achievement. We achieve mastery with understanding and knowledge, and often acceptance. For many years, since 2004, I have said that our toughest lesson is acceptance and we have certainly had that in 2025. Mastery may feel like failure when our mastery includes lessons in clarity, energetic misalignment, and the realization that our relatives will never be ‘family.' Or that the people we have tried so hard to bring to the light prefer to be in darkness. Mastery isn't a victory that we win, it's a new level of self-awareness that we achieve when we learn to manage and control our energy and focus on our joy and fulfillment.Visit the blog at enlighteninglife.com to read the rest of the article. Trump on Wednesday declared that Democrats who say we are in an affordability crisis are "pulling a con job" – he said prices are "falling across the country, just about everything is down." But the statistics show the opposite, prices have NOT been falling; another key factor of affordability is stagnation of wages – Harold Meyerson comments. On Bob Dylan's earliest recordings "Through the Open Window: A bootleg Series vol. 18" – they start in 1956 when he was 15 years old up through 1963, his historic performance in Carnegie Hall – "Bob Dylan in America" author Sean Wilentz comments.
On today's episode, I talk to comics writer Brian Michael Bendis. Originally from Cleveland, OH, Brian knew from an early age he wanted to make comics. His late teens and twenties were spent making his own comics, some of them published by Caliber Press, and in 1996, a lot of this work was collected together at Image. This led to working on the Spawn spin-off Sam and Twitch, and in 1998, he began releasing Powers, which would go on to garner both critical and commercial success, as well as Harvey and Eisner Awards. In 2000, Brian co-created Miles Morales when he began writing Ultimate Spider-Man. The next year, Brian began a defining run on Daredevil and co-created Jessica Jones with the start of Alias. And this is essentially just the first decade of his career! Since then, he went on to write defining runs on comics like Avengers and New Avengers, events like House of M, books like Superman and Action Comics for DC, and most recently, for the 25th anniversary of Powers, Brian and artist Michael Avon Oeming are creating a new 12-issue series at Dark Horse, and it's great! Part 1 of a series on the history of Israel based on a fair use and transformative reading of "Israel and the Nations: From the Exodus to the Fall of the Second Temple" (Eerdmans, 1963) by FF Bruce. This episode includes interaction with the Introduction and second chapter entitled "Israel's Beginnings" by Rylands Professor of Biblical Criticism and Exegesis, FF Bruce, my intellectual and spiritual grandfather because he mentored my professor Bruce Demarest who studied under FF Bruce at the University of Manchester. We're going to do a fair use and make a transformative reading of this material. We'd like to thank Eerdmans for making it available and thank FF Bruce for writing it. The Republican Professor is a pro-quality-mentoring, pro-understanding-the-history-of-Israel podcast. The Republican Professor is produced and hosted by Dr. Lucas J. Mather, Ph.D.

Message from Mac Harris on November 30, 2025
Albie kicked off Advent by showing how the Christmas story fits into the bigger story of Scripture, beginning with Creation. We were made by God, made for God, and made with purpose—and the incarnation is God stepping into His own story to redeem what He created. Christmas invites us to live into God's true story and find our place in it.

They unearth the long and winding history of the word “Undas” and how our practices today are perhaps another form of resistance against colonization. Wartime Beginnings: Patton, Montgomery, and Rommel in the Early 20th Century Professor Lloyd Clark Patton sought action and heroism early on, gaining fame as the "bandit killer" in Mexico in 1916 and exploiting the media spotlight. Montgomery was shot and severely wounded leading a charge during WWI. This injury led to staffing jobs, which benefited him and the British army, allowing him to focus on leadership fundamentals and professional knowledge. Rommel was a hands-on, micromanaging, and recklessly brave leader, inspiring his troops through his role model status.
Before he became the nightmare of Wichita, Kansas – the sadistic serial killer who taunted police with letters signed “BTK” – Dennis Rader was just a quiet, unassuming boy growing up in middle America. In this chilling episode, we go back to the beginning. This is the origin story of one of America's most infamous serial killers – the story of how Dennis Rader spent decades carefully constructing the perfect mask… This is the making of BTK. - Listen to our new show, "THE CONSPIRACY FILES"!: -Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/5IY9nWD2MYDzlSYP48nRPl -Apple Podcasts - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-conspiracy-files/id1752719844 -Amazon/Audible - https://music.amazon.com/podcasts/ab1ade99-740c-46ae-8028-b2cf41eabf58/the-conspiracy-files -Pandora - https://www.pandora.com/podcast/the-conspiracy-files/PC:1001089101 -iHeart - https://iheart.com/podcast/186907423/ -PocketCast - https://pca.st/dpdyrcca -CastBox - https://castbox.fm/channel/id6193084?country=us - Stay Connected: Join the Murder in America fam in our free Facebook Community for a behind-the-scenes look, more insights and current events in the true crime world: https://www.facebook.com/groups/4365229996855701 If you want even more Murder in America bonus content, including ad-free episodes, come join us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/murderinamerica Instagram: http://instagram.com/murderinamerica/ Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/people/Murder-in-America-Podcast/100086268848682/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/MurderInAmerica TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@theparanormalfiles and https://www.tiktok.com/@courtneybrowen Feeling spooky? In “The American Revolution,” a new six-part docuseries airing on PBS this week, filmmakers Ken Burns and Sarah Botstein take a deep look at the American Revolutionary War and the years before and after. They debunk many of the idealized myths we tell ourselves about the country's founding and the complex motivations of the men who championed independence. At once critical and patriotic, it examines America's history in ways the Trump administration would rather paper over. Kara, Ken and Sarah talk about the ways George Washington was both a deeply flawed man and integral to American victory in the war, how enslaved African Americans looked to the British for hope of freedom, and why it's unfair to paint all Loyalists to the British Crown as traitors. They also talk about why there's still a lot of reasons to find hope in America's origin story today. Questions? Comments? We're big Attitudes! fans over here at Couples Therapy HQ - it's especially been helping us through some difficult times - so we lured Attitudes! co-host and TV writer (Chicken Sisters, Tiny Toons Looniversity) Erin Gibson onto the show with the promise of talking about Slow Horses, but that quickly falls to the wayside as Erin takes us through the rise and fall of her first marriage, how they met, how they ended, and all the nooks and crannies of the relaysh, and as much as we love Slow Horses, we were too into Erin's life to just talk about one of the last few prestige shows streaming!
