Stop Listening Start Receiving
Text discussed: Psalms 34 verses 1-22. This is my attempt to start a series based on what we talk about in G.E.N.E.S.I.S, which is a Collegiate Ministry currently held on Troy Universities campus. I hope that this episode not only blesses you, I pray that it encourages you to live a life that is unashamed to praise God no matter the afflictions, distraction, and chaos in and around your life. The song(Psalms) writer David allows us to see with our spiritual eyes as well as our physical ones that God is good ALL BY GODS-SELF and because of that fact praise shall (should) always be in our mouths and spoken into existence because if God is not and was not always GOOD our "reality" would always be bad.
When the weight of life gets too hard to carry, don't let “it” win.
I pray that this episode reminds some and introduces to others that God is still in control and Jesus is still King. Philippians 2:10-11
Sometimes we go through life with no vision. We allow ourselves to move with no purpose and we quickly find ourselves in unhappy situations. I am a living testimony that God’s purpose is the best purpose. - Thank you for listening!
We all go through challenging times in life. The best thing about living grounded in Christ and not just existing in the world is you TRUST and BELIEVE that each and everyday the Lord made. The best medicine for a bad is rejoicing and allowing your faith in Him see you through.
