Even though they’ve only been known as City Limits for a month and a half, Music Industry Arts bandmates Richard and Josh have been playing together for over 10 years. From alt-pop to hardcore, the duo draws from a wide range of musical influences, and their close friendship allows City Limits to tackle emotionally intimate topics.
