We all know that dreadful time of the month when you have to do Monthly Counselings. There are all sorts of different formats that people have and sometimes you don't even get a choice but rather are given an SOP. But what if there was a way that you could maximize your monthly counseling? What if you could use your monthly counselings to actually make your soldiers better and grade/rate them accordingly? In this episode, John Cooper talks about the counseling system he developed on deployment that drove his soldiers to improve themselves drastically. These are little tips and adjustments to use your monthly counseling times to not tell soldiers they need to get better but rather get them better. We hope you enjoy it! Deeds, not Words!
