    This episode looks at the World Bank's https://www.worldbank.org/en/data/interactive/2020/11/11/covid-19-high-frequency-monitoring-dashboard (household monitoring dashboard), which was created to track the impacts of COVID-19 in developing countries.  When the world was hit by the COVID crisis, the World Bank and partners started a big initiative of doing surveys by phone – while also making those numbers publicly available. This effort is ongoing and the goal is to do phone surveys in more than 100 countries.
