Our post-Process panel, Kevin, Steve, and Zeina, gather together with Drew to share both personal and professional insights into why your days after the Hoffman Process are so important to the journey that lies ahead. As Hoffman teacher and coach, Zeina Mobassaleh, says about leaving the Process, "You're not done, you've just begun." Why is this time immediately post-Process so important? Listen in as our delightful post-Process panel of teachers shines a light on the gifts that lie ahead over the days, weeks, and after completing the Hoffman Process. Kevin offers insights into the Hoffman tools and practices. As he says, "We get good at what we practice." Hoffman Practices are offered through the Hoffman App and daily on Instagram, where you can practice with the Hoffman community. Steve underscores the importance of the weekend after the Process. He explains that a large part of the Process is becoming Spirit embodied. Steve shares that we can "settle in and allow the work just completed to percolate down and in where the Spirit meets the bones" during the integration weekend. Zeina generously shares a beautiful quote that her Hoffman Process teacher told her upon graduation about the sun and clouds, and how to flow with our internal weather. Zeina reminds us that during our Process week, we've come to see the sun. Clouds will come again, but the tools and practices that can clear the clouds away. You can return to this conversation to refresh your memories of your Process and reset your daily Hoffman practices. We hope you enjoy this conversation and use it to stay grounded in your Hoffman transformation. Our Post-Process Panel Kevin Eyres: "I am passionate about supporting people on their healing journey, facing what is blocking them, finding their full range of emotions, and embodying self-love. My Process showed me how to face my shame, self-doubt, and destructive patterns from a fundamentally different perspective – self-compassion.” Kevin Eyres holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is a seasoned technology executive and a YPO member since 2002. Kevin is also an executive coach and speaker. Kevin, his wife, and daughter live in Los Altos Hills, California. Listen to Kevin on The Hoffman Podcast Steve Granville: “I so enjoy witnessing the changes in students as they move through the Process. It is such an honor and privilege.” When Steve did his Process, he discovered, “A profound sense of who I really am. I finally understood that I was not my patterns and that by simply being honest about what was true for me, I could cultivate the intimacy with myself and others that I always wanted.” Steve Granville holds a Master's degree in International Management. He is a Restorative Justice facilitator and trainer, and executive leadership consultant in clinical healthcare. He loves helping people grow into their potential. Steve lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two kids. They love playing together outside, especially in fresh powder. Zeina Mobassaleh: Zenia Mobassaleh holds a B.A. from Brown University, a J.D. from Columbia University, and diplomas from Sciences Po and the Sorbonne in Paris. She is a certified Parenting Coach, and has written the book, Your Children Are Not Your Children: 100 Mindful Baby Steps to a More Joyful Home. The Hoffman Process was a gift in Zeina's life, putting her on the path to responding rather than reacting in life, and to leading with love and living with joy. It is a gift that she feels lucky to be able to share with others as she supports them on their own paths and journeys to healing. As mentioned in this episode: The Hoffman App Your journey to discover your authentic self does not end after the completion of a Hoffman course. Rather, it is just the beginning. The Hoffman App is here to support you as you continue this journey, today and far into the future.
In the tenth episode of Season Two, CARTER is joined by one of the homies, Zeina. Tune in as they talk about the love languages, how communication enhances our relationships, and the importance of doing the work. The work allows for us to see ourselves and support others to see us. As we do the work, we learn about practices that keep us grounded. The newness of what we learn and how we bring our loved ones along can create deeper connections. Love requires humility to learn and teach, curiosity to understand, and courage to be vulnerable. Our willingness to move past the perceived risk and fear that comes with love can change our lives. Love is vulnerability.

This interview was recorded before the Palestinian reconciliation in Jenin and before the latest Israeli military invasion of Jenin. In this episode of the Sumud Podcast, we are proud to feature Diana Buttu, a prominent Palestinian-Canadian lawyer, negotiator, and activist. Diana shares her journey from being the first female negotiator during the Second Intifada to her continued advocacy for justice and human rights. Diana's experiences shed light on the harsh realities of life under occupation, the challenges of international negotiations, and the systemic injustices faced by Palestinians. She recounts her family's history, shaped by the Nakba, and her father's struggle for justice in a deeply discriminatory system. Diana reflects on the lessons she learned from her time negotiating with Israel, the importance of grassroots movements, and the resilience of the Palestinian people. Our hosts, Ed and Zeina, delve into the following topics with Diana: ➡️ Her family's journey through the Nakba and survival under Israeli military rule. ➡️ The systemic discrimination and dehumanization faced by Palestinians. ➡️ Behind-the-scenes insights from her time as a legal advisor during negotiations. ➡️ The enduring spirit of Palestinians resisting displacement and erasure. ➡️ Why she remains hopeful for liberation despite immense challenges.

This is the first of our two-part finale to our Season of Pleasure, a season throughout which we have sought to understand our relationship with pleasure while simultaneously witnessing and confronting genocide across our world. With poet and activist June Jordan's words, “What shall we do, we who did not die?” in our minds and spirits, we hear from Zeina and Fatma, two mothers living in London who organize with Parents for Palestine, a group of parents who organize marches, actions, and teach-ins that include young children calling for the end of the genocide and occupation in Palestine. How do we talk about genocide with our youngest children? How do our personal rest and pleasure principles sustain collective liberation and education as the practice of freedom? Learn about the transformative technology of heat pumps and Quilt's innovative approach to revolutionizing the heating and cooling market.A former tech industry veteran, Kee had an epiphany after a conversation with his son about the future. He realized his career needed to include a focus on climate change. This led him to co-found Quilt, a company that's revolutionizing the home heating and cooling market with an innovative solution - high-efficiency consumer heat pumps.Heat pumps are a remarkable technology that have been around for a while, but have suffered from slow adoption due to a variety of factors, including design issues, usability, installation transparency, and cost.Quilt aims to address these issues by creating a heat pump that not only looks good in the home but is also easy to finance, install, and use. The company's goal is to make the process of purchasing and installing a heat pump as simple as buying an electric car, providing customers with a complete and seamless experience from start to finish. The cost of installation has been a significant barrier for many homeowners, with heat pumps costing thousands, often in hard-to-forecast soft costs. However, Kee highlights that when you consider the energy savings, reduced carbon emissions, and various subsidies available, the overall cost becomes significantly more attractive.Despite the challenges, Kee is optimistic about the future of heat pumps and the role they play in combating climate change. He sees a promising roadmap ahead for the industry to attract more talent and simplify processes for customers.Visit quilt.com to learn more!
