Being 40 definitely gives you a ife shift and a reminder that your no longer a spring chicken. I believe you are as young as you feel but 40 definitely is not 30. At 40 you just want to chill, no drama and sip your favorite drink. I'm solo dolo on this Podcast and I go in on the things that stress me out now that I'm over 40.
