The video sheds light on the underground business of smuggling illegals into the US, helping them get jobs and bribing immigration judges to rule in their favor. A woman identified as Patricia “Pat” Golder claimed in the video that she takes some of the money given to West African migrants in exchange for her bribing judges to rule in their favor. An undercover reporter was introduced to Golder by a woman named Cindy Reis. “She gets them their papers. She does,” Reis told the reporter as she introduced him to Patricia Golder. “He knows about Mulberry Street.” “I try to work with them the best I can,” Golder said. Golder told the reporter that some of the migrants “have papers” and some don't. She said she helps the illegals get jobs but would not name the companies because of “the threat of ICE.” Later on in the video, Golder discloses that she visits judges at bars and restaurants. “If I can get to the judge. You know, that's the only person you want to talk to is the judge,” Golder says with a smile on her face. “Wait, say that again?” the reporter said. “If I can get to the judge it's okay. Breaking down the Tepe murder case. Vascular surgeon Michael McKee, 39, is charged with two counts of premeditated aggravated murder in the shooting deaths of his ex-wife Monique Tepe and her husband Spencer Tepe in Columbus, Ohio on December 30th, 2025. Their two young children — ages one and four — were found unharmed in the home.McKee and Monique divorced in 2017 after a seven-month marriage. Family members describe the relationship as emotionally abusive, with death threats and lasting psychological damage. Monique's brother-in-law Rob Misleh told reporters she was "terrified" of McKee for years and "would talk quite often about how much he messed with her mental health."In the months before the murders, McKee was actively evading medical malpractice lawsuits in Nevada. Attorney Dan Laird documented nine failed attempts to serve him — fake addresses, a fax machine phone number, and colleagues who said he'd "just disappeared." His Nevada license had expired in June 2025. Meanwhile, Monique had remarried, had two children, and just celebrated her fifth anniversary with Spencer.Police tracked McKee through neighborhood surveillance and linked a firearm from his Chicago residence to shell casings at the scene. He was arrested at a Chick-fil-A in Rockford, Illinois and waived extradition. He plans to plead not guilty. Columbus Police Chief Elaine Bryant called it a "domestic violence-related attack." In our conversation today, we get into why we often feel the need to "earn our rest" and how that can lead to burnout. We also jump into how to systemize your life to save your brainpower for what actually matters. Alyece shares her "DMO" or Daily Method of Operation, and how she uses routine to cut down on daily choices. We also talk about the trap of monetizing every hobby, finding clarity in what actually fulfills us, and why knowing why your brain works the way it does is often more helpful than just trying to force a square peg into a round hole. When you feel a spiral coming on or have too many ideas, use a voice-to-text app (Alyece recommends "Voice Pen") to brain dump everything immediately. This allows you to get the thoughts out without stopping your current workflow. Once you have a brain dump, categorize items by the "mode" required to complete them (e.g., calls to make while driving, emails to answer at your desk, errands to run). This helps you batch tasks based on where you are, rather than just creating a deadline. Track your natural energy peaks to identify your "Spark Times." Save your high-value creative or money-making tasks for these windows, rather than wasting that high energy on low-priority admin work. Work on identifying "Fake" productivity. Be honest with yourself about whether you are creating tasks just to feel busy or "earn" your rest. If you are inventing work to avoid important tasks or to feel productive, it's a sign you need to pause and figure out what's really a priority in that moment (hint: it's usually taking care of one of your basic needs).
