Eva Bonnet knew from a very early age growing up in France, that Australia was going to be a very special place for her! Eva didn't plan to come to Australia directly, but as she says, "life brought her here".Eva chatted to me about how she ended up living a French life in Melbourne. Since making the permanent move down under, Eva has found love, had a cancer diagnosis and beaten it, brought two bubbas into the world and most recently taken the socials by storm with now almost half a million followers joining in the French connection she shares with everyone. At the moment Eva is giving away a trip to Paris for a lucky subscriber to her Bonjour Mate French classes (subscribe before 31st August to be in the draw which will be announced at the end of September!)** Bonjour Mate is open to all countries, so not just for an Aussie community, with current subscribers hailing from all around the globe. Chatting with Eva so frankly about her story, put the priorities of life into perspective for me. Her beautiful rawness and honesty are quiet an inspiration.I often wonder for French people not living in France, what do they miss, what things do they try and recreate in their new homeland. Throughout our chat, Eva described her thoughts of France so clearly, that I felt I had been on a lovely petit sojourn to my fave place. Her description of the road trips she took with her maman as a child especially helped me to float away. Hey Y'all! Whitney and Courtney are back at it with another Sister's Dish Summer addition of Hey Sis, Eat This, talking about Courtney's big move into her first solo place post-divorce—and actually, her FIRST solo place EVER! The sisters unpack (no pun intended) this monumental milestone in Courtney's life and reflect on how the time together reminded them of the days when they were roommates moving into their first Los Angeles apartment. Courtney is not shy about professing her gratitude for Whitney's superhero effort in taking charge of the move—doing everything from making G-sheets, assembling furniture, ordering power tools, and setting up TVs. Whitney then revealed herself as the MacGyver of home improvement, proudly using AI to help with IKEA furniture assembly, much to Courtney's surprise when she discovered her sister's hidden talent for furniture building. The girls also dish on their three-day cheese binge, including a raclette extravaganza at their new favorite local spot, Kutsaa, and share a hilarious story about Courtney overdosing on magnesium that had her questioning everything. This episode is all about celebrating growth, sisterhood, and all the funny, messy moments that make life sweet. Tune in for laughs, love, and a reminder that no matter what milestone you're facing, you've got a sister right there with you. Let's get into it! (Laramie, WY) - County 10 caught up with the guy that's projected to be the University of Wyoming starting quarterback this season at Media Day Monday in Laramie. Kaden Anderson started 3 contests for the Cowboys last year, but appeared in 9 games total. The sophomore threw 6 touchdowns, 3 interceptions and had a 58.3% completion percentage. Though Anderson is a Texas-native, he's fitting in well this year in Wyoming. "Nothing better than a summer in Wyoming," he told County 10. "I love the outdoors, I love fly fishing, caught some really big trout this summer so I was really excited about that." And as quickly as he declined to answer where his favorite fishing spots were on mic, he was equally as fast to tell us he's excited about the Pokes chances this year. "We look really good, high energy, great intensity in practice. I feel like the vibe is different than it was last year." Expounding that the team is "eager to practice" and that "pads are poppin.'" Wyoming opens the regular season August 28th at Akron. Every Wyoming game can be heard on Fremont County radio via KOVE 1330 AM and 107.7 FM. Another week of BB27, another dumbfounding decision made by a houseguest! And this week is certainly no exception. It was a hectic week in the house from Jimmy's blindside to Ashley trying to take her vote back, and now a very risky move by Zach. This cast may not be the most strategically savvy, but they are certainly keeping us on our toes. And to help us dissect this hectic week, we have the incredible Mike Bloom! We cover a lot of ground in this episode — from mentorship and leadership growth to why having a group around you can be so helpful for personal and professional development. There's also some fun in the mix, like breaking down the NBA salary cap and what it tells us about building sustainable teams, whether in sports or in business. We also rant a bit about mobile ordering and what it's doing to the coffee experience. And we dream big — talking about storytelling, making documentaries, and chasing the kind of ideas that don't always make sense on paper, but just feel right.

The Katherine Massey Book Club @ The C.O.W.S. hosts the 6th study session on Gregg Olsen's If You Loving You Is Wrong, which investigates the scandalous, Tragic Arrangement between White Puget Sound schoolteacher Mary Kay Letourneau and her 12-year-old non-white student, Vili Fualaau. When speaking with Neely Fuller Jr. many years ago about why it's incorrect for White people to engage in sexual activity with non-white people, he cited the Letourneau case. At the time, Gus shamelessly admitted being ignorant about this incident. Fuller paused briefly before asking Gus to confirm that he was dialing from Seattle's 206 area code. Chatting all the way from Washington, D.C., Fuller knew all the tacky details of this case and how it corroborates his counter-racist code, which prohibits sexual activity between White and non-white people. Last week, we learned about the depths of Mary Kay's depravity and complete lack of regard for children. Even after being arrested for child rape and being ordered to remain away from "the brown boy," Mary Kay attempts to enlist the help of 13-year-old Katie Hodgins to send prohibited messages to Vili. While Mary Kay is described as perfect and blond, Vili is mostly presented as a "thug" and a "gangster" who steals coats and maybe kidnaps White Women. #IDontSeeNothingWrong INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: http://cash.app/$TheCOWS Call: 720.716.7300 Code: 564943#

It's another summer sister catch-up on Hey Sis, Eat This! While Whitney was jet-setting off to a women's Summit in South Carolina and picking up peaches from The Peach Truck in Fort Worth, Courtney's been deep in furniture shopping for her new house and driving the 'Beshert Bus' aka kid carpool. Whitney spills the sweet tea about her recent trip to The Room's 3rd Annual Women's Leadership Summit, including Momma Ashley's famous Pinch of Texas brownies in the gift bags, a hilarious tip from Susie Sarich (of SusieCakes) about eating in Japan, and the new trending name for menopause that had the sisters ROFL...Cougar Puberty! She shares takeaways from interviews she had with badass women marketers like the influence of our mommas and the brand slogans that stuck with us from childhood to which Courtney breaks out in one of Daddy Ashley's jingles from the 80's for Church's Chicken. Courtney takes a moment to praise former guest Caroline D'Amore who bravely opened up to the sisters about her face to face encounter with Jeffrey Epstein. With all the recent news of the case, they chat about Caroline's advocacy for women, the ongoing fight for justice, and why it's so crucial for women to let their voices be heard. Courtney tries to sign off, but Whitney gets in one last word that sums up the vibe: welcome to Peach Girl Summer. With Brian still on a boat, the remaining dorks return to just talk about whatever comes to mind! We touch on the recent celebrity deaths before heading into video games we've been playing lately. We spend a fair amount of time on Baldur's Gate 3 since two of us have been playing it (and it's really freakin' good). We complain about Windows 11 hardware requirements too, because that's capitalist nonsense. From there we wander for a while, hitting Stranger Things, being inundated with Star Wars & Star Trek shows, really bad scenes in otherwise not horrible films, and Brussels sprouts. We end the episode by circling back to Baldur's Gate, discussing getting old, and some random DoorDash nonsense. Come join us in the future! Family Matters with Jim Minnery - The Faith & Politics Show !
Abortion Has Just ChangedADF Attorney Denise Burke on the Show TodayA decision recently from the U.S. Supreme Court allows states to redirect taxpayer dollars away from abortion facilities like Planned Parenthood. In Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys represented the director of the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. The high court's ruling means that the state can direct Medicaid funding—funds intended to help low-income individuals obtain necessary medical assistance—to comprehensive health care rather than entities that exist primarily to perform abortions. What that means in Alaska is complicated by the fact that the Supreme Court here, one of the most radical in the country, has consistently manufactured a "right to abortion" in our State Constitution. That being said, there is still a road map to protecting unborn and their mothers. The Medina case provides great leverage for employing strategies to redirect the State portion of Medicaid, which is a Federal/State collaborative program, toward real community health care centers that outnumber Planned Parenthood in Alaska 88 to 2. Don't believe the lies about less access to healthcare. What this really means is less access to abortion. On the Legislative front, the Big Beautiful Bill, that narrowly passed the U.S. Senate with a tie-breaking vote from Vice President J.D. Vance, has, for the first time in history, stripped Planned Parenthood of some $500 million. The BBB still has to go back to the U.S. House for a vote on the changes made by the Senate. The provision, originally proposed as a ten year measure to defund the abortion giant, was modified to just one year but it is a phenomenal first step in redistributing Federal funds to the more than 8,800 federally qualified community health care centers around the nation.Today, I have the pleasure of chatting with Denise Burke at Alliance Defending Freedom on these two critical measures that have changed the pro life landscape. As senior counsel Denise is a member of the Center for Public Policy at ADF. In this role, her efforts are directed toward protecting life from conception to natural death and defending the conscience rights of healthcare professionals.Prior to joining ADF, Burke served as vice president of legal affairs for Americans United for Life, where she routinely advised legislators, policy groups, and state attorneys general on life issues. I hope you can tune in.Support the show

The Katherine Massey Book Club @ The C.O.W.S. hosts the 5th study session on Gregg Olsen's If You Loving You Is Wrong, which investigates the scandalous, Tragic Arrangement between White Puget Sound schoolteacher Mary Kay Letourneau and her 12-year-old non-white student, Vili Fualaau. Last week, we were given another stunning illustration of a fundamental component of White Supremacy/Racism Code: People classified as White do not snitch on other White people. OIsen told us that many, many members of the Letourneau clan and even other White educators and White enforcement officials were aware of the criminal conduct of Mary Kay. But they chose to do nothing. Allowed her to continue raping a non-white child - which might be another collective act of White Supremacy by the family. A similar theme is that many White people do not think Vili Fualaau was a victim. He's called a gangster, suspected of kidnapping Mary Kay, and accused of pursuing his 30-year-old teacher for a sexual relationship. #ChildRape #MommyAndDaddyFightAboutTheBrownBoy INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: http://cash.app/$TheCOWS
