if you didn't know, may is the mental health awareness month, so in this episode i have chosen to open up a little bit about my experiences with my mental health. my mental health always made me feel ugly, angry, shameful, and guilty for a lot of things i didn't understand or know how to deal with. although this season is about growth and healing, this is the season i slowly tell my story for the world to understand. i am human and make mistakes, my mental health does define part of me, but not all of me. i have been learning to appreciate the things i am dealing with and going through because it have caused my eyes to be opened wide. i no longer look at my mental illnesses as bad things, i wouldn't be learning to understand them if there wasn't a reason to. stay tuned as we continue to talk and uncover my inner child and teen, together we will heal. also be sure to always check for questions and polls after each episode to give feedback or just to be interactive with me !
