Below is my list of some suggestions and ideals i have through mu experiences. cry it out, don’t hold it back yes cry it all out. Don’t expect disappointment but depends on the term at times is good to have an expectation. Talk it out speak to someone. Practice acceptances Guess what because you are in it alone, because only you can take care of yourself. Example if you are going into business or something of sorts disappointment is going to happen for sure. Accept your feeling it will make it easy than fighting what you feel. Remember something disappointing happened to you and you are not the disappointment. Remember you are in control, of your emotions, choose, will and decisions Find a way to cope if you face disappointment, is always good to always find a coping skill, try so many things and the one that works for you.
