I was recently reminded that when I first started in business I really struggled with what amount was "fair" to charge people. My concern now has shifted to feeling as if maybe I don't charge enough. I recognize that we deserve to make a living wage for the work the service we provide others. If you're still wrestling in that place of feeling guilty about charging for the work you do, this episode is for you. Our guest, Kimberly Lewis, is a leadership coach and the founder of Created For Greatness, llc--a leadership and life effectiveness company.According to Kimberly, 1) Work and compensation is a part of the design for humanity.Just like eating and family, working was a part of the system that was created for humanity--so why do we balk at it? 2) It's really not about the money. If we examine what's at the root of our "money issue", its usually about something completely different--and that's what we really need to address. 3) A workman is worth her hire...and its how you keep impacting others. It is right and necessary that you are paid for your value and it is through this payment, that you are able to continue to be a blessing to others with your gift. How to Make More Money In Your Business Now!
