Wellness and Self-Care are words and ideas that have become buzz worthy as of late. We are in a world where we are constantly connected to the outside world, where work, health, and lifestyle hardly ever combine for reasons some can explain and some can’t. My guests, Jason Marshall, Brent Birckhead, and Krystal Miller talk about all facets of wellness with ourselves as Black people, in our communities, and in our areas of work.
