Connie Redic is a native of Dallas, TX working as an Assistant Principal in Andover, KS, a suburb of Wichita. She has over 13 years of educational experience as a former science teacher and instructional coach. She has worked in urban and suburban school districts in both Texas and Kansas. Connie plans to pursue a doctorate degree in educational leadership and is currently working on her district leadership license through Wichita State University. Connie is married to her college sweetheart Brandon and together they have 3 children: BJ (15), Briana (11), and Lily (2). During this interview, we learn so many wonderful ways that Connie lives a life steeped in deep purpose. From her experiences in leading in the church where her husband is a pastor to overcoming significant health challenges with a recent battle with cancer, Connie’s inspiring voice shines through.
