If you're a regular listner to this podcast, then you likely know the concept of a morning routine. A simple Internet search will give you a plethora of morning routines from celebrities, athletes, movie stars, etc. This shows how ubiquitous they are. In this episode we're going to focus on three principles of what I call daily routines. Why do I use the term daily routine? Because we live in a 24 hour society. When someone that works the third shift wakes up, the sun has just set. To me that doesn't fit what I would call a morning routine. Unless one wants to use the term "morning" to describe anytime someone wakes up. In addition to the three principles, I'm going to provide a bonus tip. This bonus tip is what I currently use. Welcome everyone to the first interview of this podcast. We are joined by the creator of the independent movie Distance To Empty... Steffan Mohammadi. Steffan is a long time friend, but I learned so many thing about him that I didn't know before this interview. A few things we discuss in this interview are the plot of his first solo, feature length script...Distance To Empty. How the seeds for this psychological thriller were planted and grew. The challenges he faced trying to "make it" in the movie industry. I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing Steffan, and I know you'll enjoy listening to it.
