Seminarium „Agricultural land in Ukraine: availability and quality in the context of war", na podstawie badań wykonywanych w ramach projektu rUAr: Rebuild Rural Ukraine, IRWiR PAN [13 stycznia 2025 r.] Seminarium w języku angielskim. Prelegenci: dr hab. Oksana Sakal, prof. IGG NAANU oraz prof. dr hab. Shamil Ibatullin, IGG NAANU. Po ponad 20 latach obowiązywania ścisłego moratorium na obrót gruntami rolnymi w Ukrainie uruchomiono ich oficjalny rynek. Miało to miejsce niemal równocześnie z wybuchem wojny, która znacząco ograniczyła dostępność gruntów dla działalności rolnej. Wojna nie tylko stwarza bariery dla utrzymania wolumenów produkcji rolnej, ale także prowadzi do długoterminowego niszczenia i zanieczyszczania tych terenów. Badania wskazują na konieczność zastosowania politycznych instrumentów opartych na zapewnieniu praw człowieka, które w obecnych okolicznościach wspierałyby rozwój obszarów wiejskich, zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego oraz zrównoważone użytkowanie gruntów. Dr hab. Oksana Sakal jest uznaną badaczką w dziedzinie ekonomii użytkowania zasobów naturalnych i ochrony środowiska. Specjalizuje się w prawnym, instytucjonalnym i ekonomicznym wymiarze użytkowania gruntów, leśnictwa oraz zrównoważonego zarządzania zasobami. Obecnie pełni funkcję starszego badacza w Instytucie Gospodarki Gruntami Narodowej Akademii Nauk Rolniczych Ukrainy. Cihan padişahı Kânunî son zamanlarda yanlış lanse edilen bir padişah olmuş, hatta bazı maksatlı tarihçiler tarafından Kanunî karısı Hürrem Sultan'ın sözüne uyup, dirâyetli oğlu Mustafa'yı öldürterek, yerine Hurrem Sultan'dan olan II. Selim'i tahtın varisi yaparak böylece Cihan Padişahı'nın, Cihan İmparatorluğu'nu karısına olan zaafına kurban ettiği iddia edilmektedir. Fakat yine bu tarih kitaplarında, Hürrem Sultan'ın büyük oğlu Şehzade Bayezid'in çocuklarıyla sığındığı İran hükümdarı tarafından, Kanunî'nin ricasıyla boğduruldukları yer almaktadır. Mustafa'yı boğdurtacak, II. Selim'i tahta geçirtecek kadar Kanunî'ye hâkim olan Hürrem Sultan, niçin oğlu Bayezid'i ve torunlarını kurtarmadı? Annelik şefkati sadece II. Selim'e mi aitti? Kânûnî Sultan Süleyman, 1553 senesi Ağustos sonunda Nahcıvan sefer-i hümâyûnuna çıktı. Bu müddet içinde, Şehzade Mustafa hakkında bir takım haberler aldı. Bunlarda da onun saltanat dâvasında ısrarlı bulunduğu, hattâ bunun için İran'la elbirliği ettiği ve hattâ “lihye (sakal)” koyuverdiği bildiriliyordu. Sakal koyuvermek ise bir şehzade için, saltanat dâvasına kıyâm demekti. Osmanlı şehzadeleri sultan oluncaya kadar sakal bırakmazlardı. Herhalde Kanûnî'nin bu işi iyice tahkik ve tedkîk ettirdiği, netîcede Şehzade Mustafa'nın isyanına kani bulunduğu anlaşılıyor! Kanûnî şeriate uymaya son derece ehemmiyet veren, vatan ve devlet endîşesini her türlü beşerî zaafların üstünde tutan, milletinin zararda olmaması, dahilî bir harb geçirmemesi için kendini dertlendiren bir pâdişâhtı. Kânûnî bütün hislerini ve aklını “devlet-i ebed müddet”in bekâsı davasına vermişti. Bu sebeple oğlunu Aktepe mevkiindeki ordugâhında idam ettirdi. Şehzadenin cenaze namazını kendisinin kıldırmak isteği, defalarca şiddetli gözyaşlarından namazı bozduğu rivâyet edilir. Bütün şu olaylar onun ne kadar acı ve kederlerle, ne iç paralayıcı mes'uliyetlerle bu kararı verdiği, bunda da sırf dînin selâmeti ve devletin bekâsı endişesinin rol oynadığını gösterir. Our guest this week is a Surfboard Shaper and Shop owner that found his love for Surfing in 1959. He surfed in the WSA's as a Grom and was sponsored by Greg Noll. He found love for board building while living in Hawaii and worked for Greg, Mystic and Lightning Bolt Surfboards. When he moved back home he opened up his own factory Sakal Glassing and shaping boards for ET Surfboards and other shops and eventually opened up a retail store called “Bullit Surfboards” in Huntington Beach.
