Show Notes: Currently changing his lifestyle of eating and exercise because of his obesity which he knew would eventually kill him Listened to the book "Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins which motivated him to start changing his health Grew up on the streets of Brooklyn, NY and basketball was his first love in sports Knew that sports could be a way out but he also had the temptations of living a life on the streets Was mentored to leave Brooklyn to attend a military school in Virginia at 13-years old and immediately hated it trying to do anything to get expelled Made his way to Lackawanna College in Scranton, PA where he was convinced to play football and knew that if he didn't then he would return to living the streets After getting a scholarship to play at the University of South Carolina he knew he wanted to coach so he could help others as he had been helped Helped Pace Academy to their first state title in 2015 Even though he's a New York Knicks fan, he still believes that Michael Jordan is the GOAT Words of Wisdom from Kevin Johnson: “Continue to help others."
