4 Way Dance: The Wrestling Panel Show

Show favourites Lou King Sharp and Rob Schamberger return to attempt to break their duck and take home a W for the first time, and James Langfield makes his debut on the show that thinks it's appropriate to put out a New Year's Special on January 15th.

Darcy Stone, Lucia Lee and Lance Revera make their debuts!  It's 4 Way Dance, the best wrestling panel show in the world (probably because it's the only one). And just in time for Halloween, as promised! Impact, AEW and WWE all get discussed this week by the panel, but most importantly, we find out who our panellists would smack in the face with condiments given the chance! 4 Way Dance will be back soon!

Mark Haskins, Rayhne and Reese Ryan make their debuts!  It's 4 Way Dance, the only wrestling panel show anyone has ever been stupid enough to try and book. It's one of the most competitive episodes in the show's history, with yet another controversial ending. Ah, well, just blame it on Russo. 4WD will be back again later this month with a special episode just in time for Halloween. See you then!

There really isn't much to say about this one. Krieger and Lou King Sharp will never be the same... perhaps neither will 4 Way Dance. Get ready for the most anarchic show yet!

It's a brand new series of 4 Way Dance, the best wrestling panel show in the world (probably because it's the only one).  This week Fierce Females' Ayesha Raymond makes her debut alongside Pride of Brighton champion Cassius, The Neon Explosion. Meanwhile, Simon Miller marks the first time a previous winner has returned to the show, seeking to become the first ever two-time winner. And Bohan just wants to win one. Season 2 is here! Woo!

It's probably the best wrestling panel show in the world, probably because it's the only one. 4 Way Dance will return with a second season starting September 9th 2020.  In the meantime, Tom, Claire and Bohan get together to have a (very) quick chat about the questionable call not to include Greg "The Hammer" Valentine in the induction of Rhythm & Blues on the final episode of Season 1.

In a break from normal service, Tom Gerken talks about #SpeakingOut.  Rhia O'Reilly explains how she felt when people started coming forward and talks about what can be done in the future to make things better. And Justin Humphreys explains why relationships between wrestling trainers and trainees do not contravene the Sexual Offences Act 2003, and why he thinks the "loophole" of these kinds of teacher/student relationships should be closed.
