People and pundits from the world of wrestling join the BBC’s Tom Gerken for the best (and probably only) wrestling panel show there is. Points are won for answers that are smart, funny and enthusiastic, while points are lost when competitors fail to be compelling, interesting, or spout just plain nonsense. In the final round, the two people with the highest scores go one-on-one and pitch why their chosen wrestlers should be inducted into The Members’ Lobby: The 4WD Hall of Fame.
4 Way Dance: The Wrestling Panel Show
Show favourites Lou King Sharp and Rob Schamberger return to attempt to break their duck and take home a W for the first time, and James Langfield makes his debut on the show that thinks it's appropriate to put out a New Year's Special on January 15th.
Darcy Stone, Lucia Lee and Lance Revera make their debuts! It's 4 Way Dance, the best wrestling panel show in the world (probably because it's the only one). And just in time for Halloween, as promised! Impact, AEW and WWE all get discussed this week by the panel, but most importantly, we find out who our panellists would smack in the face with condiments given the chance! 4 Way Dance will be back soon!
Mark Haskins, Rayhne and Reese Ryan make their debuts! It's 4 Way Dance, the only wrestling panel show anyone has ever been stupid enough to try and book. It's one of the most competitive episodes in the show's history, with yet another controversial ending. Ah, well, just blame it on Russo. 4WD will be back again later this month with a special episode just in time for Halloween. See you then!
There really isn't much to say about this one. Krieger and Lou King Sharp will never be the same... perhaps neither will 4 Way Dance. Get ready for the most anarchic show yet!
It's a brand new series of 4 Way Dance, the best wrestling panel show in the world (probably because it's the only one). This week Fierce Females' Ayesha Raymond makes her debut alongside Pride of Brighton champion Cassius, The Neon Explosion. Meanwhile, Simon Miller marks the first time a previous winner has returned to the show, seeking to become the first ever two-time winner. And Bohan just wants to win one. Season 2 is here! Woo!
It's probably the best wrestling panel show in the world, probably because it's the only one. 4 Way Dance will return with a second season starting September 9th 2020. In the meantime, Tom, Claire and Bohan get together to have a (very) quick chat about the questionable call not to include Greg "The Hammer" Valentine in the induction of Rhythm & Blues on the final episode of Season 1.
It's the best wrestling panel show in the world - probably because it's the only one. Kevin Bennett and Tiffany make their debuts on the only wrestling podcast that asks its guests to describe wrestlers as vegetables and pitch their home-made wrestling cookbooks. This week Jackie Polo, Kevin Bennett, Tiffany and Andrew Bohan attempt to convince host Tom Gerken of the best parent and child in wrestling, who the best woman is that doesn't wrestle for WWE, and which wrestling belt needs to be brought back from the abyss. See you in a few weeks!
We learn about the time Jackie Polo smacked Mark Sweeney with a garlic baguette and compare it to the time Rhia O’Reilly got smacked round the head with a chimichanga by Leva Bates, Mike Outlaw explains why ACH is the most generous person in wrestling, and the panellists tell us about their favourite bits of random wrestling merch. It's the only panel show around where knowing wrestling gets you points and not knowing wrestling gets you none. Described as a mash-up between Have I Got News For You and Around The Horn, it's 4 Way Dance!
Dasher Hatfield shows off his Hall of Fame ring and brings on a mystery guest, Lou King Sharp seeks to do better than tag partner Krieger's run last time out, and RJ City joins the fray with some sensational chat and a new alias. It's the only panel show around where knowing wrestling gets you points and not knowing wrestling gets you none. Described as a mash-up between Have I Got News For You and Around The Horn, it's 4 Way Dance!
In a break from normal service, Tom Gerken talks about #SpeakingOut. Rhia O'Reilly explains how she felt when people started coming forward and talks about what can be done in the future to make things better. And Justin Humphreys explains why relationships between wrestling trainers and trainees do not contravene the Sexual Offences Act 2003, and why he thinks the "loophole" of these kinds of teacher/student relationships should be closed.

It's the show where the points don't mean too much so long as we have a good time getting there. Chikara Grand Champ Dasher Hatfield joins the party alongside cracking indie wrestler TK Cooper, Scottish comic Andrew Bohan and the man behind Botchamania, Maffew. With everything going on in the world, join us for a few laughs to take your mind off things. Who will be the latest person added to the 4 Way Dance Hall of Fame?
