After someone has hurt you, how do you make it back? How do you trust again and move forward? When a relationship ends there are so many questions, especially when it ends badly and someone ends up hurting. In this weeks cast we explore how to overcome a point of pain and move forward into pastures new. We also look at the five stages of overcoming hurt and discuss when is the "right" time to move on after a relationship ends.

Last week we looked at the number one killer of relationships, this week we are moving down the line and looking at the second biggest, communication or more appropriately the lack of it. Understanding your other half goes deeper than just remembering their birthdays and acknowledging when they dye their hair. Learning how they best communicate could be the very thing that enables you to get across how you feel and so stop a bad situation getting worse. I've had quite a few questions on this subject and so I hope this helps.

Should you stay together for the sake of the kids when you and your partner know your relationship is at an end? when is the right time to leave? Can you really keep it all together when everything inside you is telling you to leave?

Its not the act that hurts its the misplaced and broken trust that kills the relationship and hurts all involved. I'm not talking from a moral standpoint as I have been on both ends of the debate.
