In this episode we finalise our VERY long over due catch up about our weightloss journey which has certainly taken some twists and turns over it's course. We'll let you know where we're both at and discuss everything else that has been going on in our lives foiling related. This is likely to be my final podcast as I shift my focus to soley youtube and my personal business which has been a bit neglected lately.

In this episode I speak with Jon Mann Downwinder, proner and board tester. Jon is a regular contributor to the Foiling Magazine and runs a website called NextWaterSports which is chock a block full of advice and interesting thoughts on gear and foils.
