In the 6th episode of the Asertay Podcast, I attempted to solve the riddle of the Libyan Central Bank.  After 10 years of the Libyan revolution, during which more than 8 governments took over, Sadiq al-Kabir, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya,  managed to  maintaining his position and privileges. I attempted to answer questions that might come to anyone's mind when it comes to the Central Bank of Libya: what is the CBL ? Who created it? And what are its terms of reference? Who does it report to? How and Why has Sadiq Al-Kabir  been in this position for years? Is there any solution in the future to unify the CBL?If interested in watching this podcast, find me on: YouTube: https://bit.ly/2OXQ1OR Instagram: https://bit.ly/3aJKtjs

In the 5th episode of the Asertay Podcast, I chose to shed light on the recent Audit Bureau report which was controversial as it unmasked the level of corruption in the Libyan state. I decided not to discuss the content of the report, but rather answering the spontaneous questions that an average Libyan citizen might propose in this regard. Questions such as: what is the Audit Bureau? Who created it? And what are its terms of reference? Who does it report to? Why it was late in issuing its report?  What are the criteria for writing the Audit Bureau reports? What will happen after this report? If interested in watching this podcast, find me on: YouTube: https://bit.ly/2OXQ1OR Instagram: https://bit.ly/3aJKtjs

During the past 10 years, while following up on what is happening in the Libyan affairs, and the way the media covered events, especially in times of war, I found that there is a great deal of subjectivity, bias and systematic fraud. Even some Libyan media outlets have even reached the point of presenting figures with false names, such as "researcher", "journalist", "president of an institution" that does not exist in the first place, and so on .. This all prompted me to launch a new media project to present  facts as they are without sugarcoating. I called this initiative "Asertay Podcast" which is a project that is not supported by any party nor represent anyone except me. And because the nature of talking about politics and media may bored some people, I decided to incorporate in this podcast some entertaining elements and professional and personal pieces of advice so that it might find resonance with some, especially those who share my interests. #Asertay_Podcast
