Let's discuss issues we as women face everyday in our careers, dating life, and other personal relationships!
This episode features Shellie R Warren an author, relationship coach, and doula. We discuss the importance of getting closure, blocking vs ghosting, and childhood trauma. Warren shares her experience seeking closure from past relationships which she later called the "get your heart pieces back tour". This tour consisted of her contacting men from the past, who she believed still had a piece of her heart or played a significant role in her dating experience. Without closure, you cannot truly be whole and your past partners still have power over you. In addition, Warren shares how past abortions and childhood molestation impact how she has dated in the past. We close the episode out with Warren sharing advice she would give to people in their 20s or her younger self.Guest Email: missnosipho at gmail.comHost IG: AyeYo__Mani

This week, I sit down with my soror and friend Tkeya Hicks as we interview each other about our battles with depression. Many people suffer from depression but are scared to seek help. Side note: Throughout this podcast, we use the term "ship" this is a synonym for sorority sister or line sister. Host IG: Imani Henry Guest IG: T'keya Hicks
