Amaya's goal with this episode is to open the conversation to substance abuse, addiction, mental health, and coping. In this week's episode Amaya shares how she celebrated her birthday this year. She then takes us back to where she was in life a year ago and walks us through a few of her most memorable experiences and shares little lessons she learned throughout the way.

In part two of this week's episode, Amaya finishes sharing her basic training and AIT experience while also emphasizing on and exposing the BULLSHIT that women in the military, especially young women, have to endure. She hopes to shed some light on the inequality and extremely unsafe work environment that is the military. 

This episode is a little all over the place, but so is the military, so bare with me….In part one of this week's episode, Amaya will be breaking down her basic training and overall military experience through the perspective of a woman.  She shares funny stories to elaborating on what the training was like while emphasizing on the sexist undertones of the military as a whole. Amaya's goals for this episode are to give some insight into what it's like in the military, to get some laughs out of people, and to build up for part two of this episode where she dives much deeper into bigger issues such as sexual harassment and assault within the military.

In this episode Amaya will be giving her own definition of "Big Dick Energy" as well as sharing some examples. Amaya also goes on little mini rants while trying to explain what BDE is and what it isn't. The second half of this episode consists of Amaya talking through her own sexual confusion when it comes to being bisexual and/ or identifying that you fall somewhere on the spectrum of sexuality.
