The goal with travel isn't perfection. The goal is coming home without needing to start over or do damage control. I've been on both sides, one where every time I went on vacation I came home with the scale up 5-7lbs, and now where I go and the scale is the same or sometimes down. I'm sharing my 5 travel "rules" that I follow to keep my habits in check while I'm away, that still allow me to enjoy vacation.Apply for coaching Join the Monthly Membership HAPI supplementsThe EmPowered Community free Facebook group Follow Emma on InstagramFollow Emma on Facebook

Melissa Krueger, CEO of Classic Vacations, has dedicated 30+ years to the travel industry. Serendipitously, her very first job in travel was with a French hotel group, where she regularly worked with travel advisors. Krueger quickly recognized that personal connections were far more important than product, and she brought that line of thinking to future roles in wholesale travel before moving to Classic Vacations. In this episode of Humans of Travel, Krueger reflects on the lessons that have shaped her as a leader, including building the right inner circle, being the kind of champion for others that you’d want for yourself and learning from the “scripts,” or examples, of others. Krueger also outlines Classic’s cultural pillars and discusses making career advancement moves to fit life stages. She also explains Classic’s ownership evolution, up to its recent acquisition by TBO, and previews the company’s continued digital transformation. Even with forward motion on the tech side, Krueger says that “trust, time and humanity” are and will remain foundational to Classic and the travel advisors it serves. This week, John and I are back from Winter Break. I talk all about my vacation in the Bahamas and John's temporary teeth (it's a marathon, not a sprint). Then, while I was hatched down at home during NY Blizzard 2.0, John got stuck in L.A. with not enough panties. We chatted about my taping of "The Traitors" reunion and recapped our romantic Valentine's Day date (plus Ben!) to get our ears waxed. Plus, Ben told me I was the best Daddy in the world...but not for the reason I expected. Our Deborah Kerr Acteurist Spotlight starts strong with two entertaining progressive WWII-era British films, John Baxter's Love on the Dole (1941), a socialist portrayal of working-class life in Manchester during the Great Depression, and Alexander Korda's Perfect Strangers (aka Vacation from Marriage), a sort of comedy of remarriage that envisions a radically new kind of marriage arising out of wartime upheavals in gender roles and middle-class routine. Elise confesses and recants her previous opinion that Deborah Kerr was a solid but slightly boring choice. Time Codes: 0h 00m 25s: Brief intro – Deborah Kerr 0h 06m 20s: LOVE ON THE DOLE (1941) [dir. A rock solid episode of Dynamite start to finish which showed when you "believe in pro wrestling" structurally as a formula worth building around, minus the hot-shotting, star-chasing, crowd-pandering tendencies of the modern era, you end up with a really entertaining flow. From MJF vs. Kevin Night to the Trios Title match at the end, solid wrestling, solid character development, forwarding of storylines, good pacing (including two squash matches), and state of the art but not overdone in-ring action added up to a good show.PWTorch editor Wade Keller is joined by PWTorch's Dan Kuester to discuss just about everything else from Dynamite with live chat interactions throughout.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/wade-keller-pro-wrestling-post-shows--3275545/support.
Lady Victoria Hervey, a former friend of Prince Andrew, has repeatedly claimed that the now-famous photograph showing Prince Andrew with Virginia Giuffre at Ghislaine Maxwell's London home is doctored. She has alleged in interviews and on social media that the image is “fake,” suggesting Andrew's head was photoshopped onto someone else's body or that it was otherwise digitally altered to create a false impression. Hervey even visited the location where the picture was allegedly taken to argue that certain features didn't match the photo. These assertions echo Prince Andrew's own denials about the photo's authenticity and have become part of the broader dispute over evidence linking him to Epstein's network. In her book The Palace Papers, journalist Tina Brown alleges that Prince Andrew's behavior during a 1993 visit to Sunnylands — the lavish Palm Springs estate of philanthropists Walter and Lee Annenberg — shocked his hosts. According to Brown's account, Andrew arrived as part of a formal delegation but quickly separated himself from the group, retreating to his private suite where he allegedly spent two full days watching pornography on cable television. Lee Annenberg was said to be horrified by what she described as the prince's juvenile and inappropriate behavior, an episode that reportedly became a point of embarrassment among those who managed his U.S. visits at the time.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

They discuss these topics:Assessing the state of the WWE Title path to WrestleMania from Randy Orton winning the Chamber to Drew McIntyre vs. Orton this Friday to Cody Rhodes' role and what match (or matches) will involve the WWE Title going into WrestleMania? Is some of the "chaos" in the lead-up to WrestleMania being amplified by WWE to create footage for the next season of "WWE Unreal"?Does the Roman Reigns-C.M. Punk pseudo-shoot exchange come with a price as Reigns insults Punk's fans and Punk brings Reigns's deceased father into it?What's going on with Rhea Ripley and Jade Cargill online and should management be stepping in sooner to quell it or at least finesse it into something productive without negative side effects for both wrestlers? Is Danhausen a good fit for WWE and did things go better on Raw than the PLE?AEW's early 2026 key storylines including Jon Moxley's character, Thekla vs. Thunder Rosa on Dynamite, the lack of sufficient introductions of Gabe Kidd and especially Clark Connors, and more.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/wade-keller-pro-wrestling-podcast--3076978/support.

Do you have a special place where you go to get away from the frenzy of life and all the pressures you feel? Providing those kinds of places for escape has become a major industry in our world, hasn’t it? Vacation resorts; Cruise lines; ‘B&B’s’; and so many more options are all designed to help people get away and refresh. Have you noticed that even Jesus needed to do that from time to time? Yesterday, we were in Jerusalem with Jesus as He taught His disciples about the very special relationship God has designed for people who trust Jesus to be their good shepherd. (John 10) We saw that once again opposition rose up against Jesus even though He was inviting His listeners to consider He had come to give them abundant life!
