In this episode, I touch on mental health, grief and how I stay focused, as hard as it is. (I know. It's easier said than done.) Blocking out negative energy or shaking depression is something I've struggled with, as well as carrying generational curses, following the death of my father. I have yet to "master" it, but I'm practicing good habits, as well as HELLA self-care to make sure that I'm the best ME. I know ya'll feel me. Thanks for tuning in & I hope to hear back from yall! -Take Care, Bee. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/coffeetalkwithbdrayface/support
