A pod cast that chronicles my five month long journey to run the Boston Marathon on an arthritic knee - then quit.
The final episode. It has been fun for me. Hopefully, it has been entertaining for others and a source of history for my kids. It certainly has helped me come to grips with the end of my running. Remember, run every run like it could be your last. Good-bye.
Recorded live, my running of the 113th Boston Marathon, Monday, April 20, 2009
The time has come and we are getting packed. The knee is holding up and all systems are go. Going to New England is a little like going home for me. I love Cincinnati, but there is something nice about going back to where you grew up.

My time out on the road is a time I often use to spend with God. It is a time I will miss. I will have to make an effort to find the time after running is over.
I could not have run the way I have without the support of my family. Hopefully, they have gained something from it as well.
In this episode I talk about my second (and third) marathons, running with my brother and the Adirondacks that I love.
