Join me for a self-love inspired meditation. This 12-minute guided meditation will help you feel more connected to the energy of love.
This meditation is less than 10 minutes long. I’ll guide you to connect to the breath, creating a foundation to help you become more present. Through the breath you will start to notice your energy shift. If you felt anxious or stressed you might start to feel more at ease. If you felt low or tired you may notice a boost in your energy.I will then guide you through a visualization, to connect you even deeper to the self and your energy. This visualization is a tool to help you detach from thoughts, distractions and outside sensations. When the mind wanders come back to my voice, the visualization or the gentle sounds of the music.I am deeply grateful for your presence and for allowing me to be part of your practice. I recently read this quote: The Universe is responding to who you feel you are. Take a moment and read that again. Do you feel yourself holding on to self-doubt? Do you find fear getting in the way of you going after your dreams? Do you talk down to yourself when you make a mistake? What do you say to yourself when you look into the mirror? All of these thoughts and self-limiting beliefs will manifest in our core being. We can take all the action in the world to create change, but until we transform our feelings and energy about ourselves we will continue to find ourselves coming up short. Listen in on this meditation to help shift the energy, shift the mindset, and allow yourself to come back to center, back to your truth.
