Reflect and reset with me! Tomorrow is my birthday. So I thought I would offer you a moment of stillness and intention. I feel like birthdays are a personal new year of sorts. They can be an opportunity to reflect and to reset. So today, as my reflection, I am re-sharing a meditative episode I released back in May of 2023 called Pause with Me & Set An Intention. My reset this year is to continue this process of "untangling" that I've been on for most of this year so far, and also to invite in the possibility of letting go of embodying other people's energy and all that comes with that. Their goals, their aspirations, their blocks - all of the things that, as an empath, and introvert and intuitive - I easily tap into. But to instead, allow it to be their journey and allow myself to offer support without taking it on. The people-pleaser and perfectionist in me has to be very intentional when it comes to this and I'm starting to get better at placing myself at a higher position in my value system. Because I know that when I can do this - everyone I serve will also benefit. My other intention for this year is more peace. To me, peace, in this moment, represents security, confidence, trust, freedom, rest, flow, ease, love and moments for stillness. I invite you to set an intention with me as I walk into my next year in this life.
