Illinois State Redbird volleyball seniors are back for season 2 of Flocking Around! Hosts Nora Janka and Cassie Jordan invite you to the 'Birds Red/White scrimmage on August 18 at 5:00pm in CEFCU Arena.

In this final volleyball episode of Flocking Around, host Sarah Kushner is joined by her mom Colleen and dad David! The three reminisce about the last four years: Season-by-season highlights, opinions on how Sarah's changed, and the challenges/rewards of being a D1 student-athlete parent. Sarah reveals her true height and the keys to overcoming it to achieve her D1 dream. Mom & Dad reveal how proud they are of her.

Kaity, Kendee, Nicole and Sarah are fired up by a win over Southern Illinois and the chance to answer 40 volleyball questions submitted by fans at this live event! What's the difference between a 6-2 and 5-1 offense, and which do they like better? What's the hardest type of serve to defend?  What are the rules for liberos, for serving... and for earrings? Is it a violation if your hair hits the net? What's a pancake? What does Kaity sing during challenges, and what are their favorite phrases that teammates have screamed on the court? Nicole Lund hosts a live event with her team's seniors and fans! Twenty-two minutes of recruiting tips like how to talk to schools, what to look for during a campus visit, what  coaches are looking for (and what you should ask them), why they preferred a mid-major college, and more. Twenty-one minutes of student-athlete experiences: Big differences from high school, a typical day on campus and in the locker room, plans and strengths for life after graduation? And twenty-one minutes of stories and fan questions about nutrition, guilty pleasures, funniest on-court moments, and the mental health aspects of social media.

College volleyball player Kendee Hilliard is joined by soccer goalie Daniela Grgas.
