Nii started off be expressing his disappointment in the ENTIRE human race on the back of the amount of money raised for a rebuilding Notre Dames! Which led us into talking about buildings we would cry for if they burnt down, it was at that point that Snitch-gate began! In this episode Nana and I talk about the birth of your first son, who decided to make an appearance on earth two months before his due date. Sixteen months later, our second son made an appearance, a month ahead of his due date. Childbirth hasn't been easy!!

After 11 years of waking up at 4.30 in the morning to present the Kiss FM Breakfast Show, at the end of last year Rickie, Melvin and Charlie said goodbye to the station which they had become synonymous with. On April 1st, they take over the reigns presenting the 8th on BBC Radio 1 (Weeknights from 9pm!) In the meantime, Melvin dropped by the house and we had a chat about how they left Kiss, what makes Nii cry, reminisced over Uni days and complained about not getting paid for his appearance on the podcast.
