GlaSSpirit reflects spiritual, emotional and mental freedom. It is a podcast that displays true transparency on worldly topics to create an open and inclusive space for healthy conversations through story-telling. Here, we bring you real life experiences and acquired knowledge through online and in-person conversations and disagreements. Lust In Love highlights a lot of different points in my last relationship. I conducted a self-interview, where I asked myself 7 questions about my lustful nature: 1. Is sex a big part of what kept our relationship afloat? 2. Would I say we match each others' sex drive? 3. Has distance affected our sex life? 4. Is mast**bating together something that I feel benefits our relationship? Why or Why not? 5. Is watching p*rn together something that helps our sex life? 6. Do I feel God is upset with couples who aren't married that choose to be sexually active? 7. What are some tips you would give to keep the sex life within couples alive? I touched on how I knew my last relationship displayed love as well and I chose to share a journal entry about staying on track towards my purpose despite lustful distractions. In this episode I highlight the importance of recognizing different forms of grief that isn't normally acknowledged. Reflecting on the losses of pivotal points in my life is just as challenging as experiencing the physical loss of a loved one. In today's society, we tend to ignore the challenges we go through when we experience losing our sense of self, losing creative direction, losing or having to give up a job, losing small battles such as forming better habits (ex. positive thinking), or even losing a connection of a friend, lover and/or family member. Giving yourself more grace through the grieving stage is the most effective way to get through it. I poured out emotions behind the difficulties of being in a transitional phase in my life but choosing to get back on my journey to self healing and discovery! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/shevaughn-williams/support
Hi guuyyysss! Welcome baccckkkkk, I have missed you this entire month of February. I recently just got over a tough roadblock that I share in this episode with my search for housing. I was honest in this episode about my relationship problems, family problems and personal problems because I needed to vent. I hate when I go through periods of self-sabotage because I keep my emotions bottled inside. I experience setbacks because of my own mouth murder. Mouth murder is when you talk down about yourself or your ability to achieve something. Sit back and take in what I have learned over these last few months and how I choose to still carry on. Hopefully I can help you with things you struggle with during this conversation. Talk to you super soon! The Top Five Lessons I Learned are: 1. The answer is always no if you don't try 2. Hurt people, hurt people 3. God is always here 4. Don't live in fear 5. Keep on fighting. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/shevaughn-williams/support
This episode highlights sex and soul ties! I talk about my experiences with past partners and the effects they have had on me and my behaviors towards them because of being sexually involved with them. I explicitly share what I enjoy about sex and the disadvantages I face because I am so free to talk about the pleasures I like. If you are uncomfortable with discussing sex, hopefully I can help you loosen up! It is never a bad thing to know what you want from a partner and be able to express it confidently. Attaching yourself to another human being can bring lots of joy, however be mindful of the partners you choose to be physically intimate with. You could just get tied in places you never thought you would be. Enjoy my loves! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/shevaughn-williams/support
This episode highlights the difference between good vs. bad. I touch on my own personal experiences of the predators I currently have in my life and those who I chose to let go. I speak on the the differences between people who are good for you and those who aren't. When it comes to your time, love and energy there is only so much that you can give until you recognize that some individuals are leaches in your life. I share the defeat I have had in relationships with hope to bring relief to those who have placed themselves or have fallen into situations that have changed them overtime. Sit back, relax, and enjoy! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/shevaughn-williams/support
This episode discusses the importance between "thrival" mode and survival mode. I highlight one of my Net-Sip and Chill episodes: Self-Worth to touch on two important questions that I had in relation to thriving and self-worth. I want you all to feel better about the choices you make by expressing the habits I engage in daily to keep me on an elevated path. I discuss the importance of perseverance and repetition in hopes that you can take away the difference between you subconsciously knowing when you are in survival mode instead of "thrival" mode. Hi Everyone! Welcome to GlaSSpirit The Transparent Podcast! Thank you so much for tuning into my first episode of my passion in digital media. I am so excited for y'all to see what is to come within this outlet of creative freedom. This episode touches on the reason why I started this podcast and the journey behind the name "GlaSSpirit", why I feel letting go of baggage is important, and the importance of knowing the meaning behind your name. GlaSSpirit highlights my spiritual journey in this world. I lost myself in 2016 when I miscarried my identical twins and again when I lost my career in Healthcare during this pandemic. I touch on my story in this episode with hopes to bring freedom to past pain from my trauma but also to those who resonate with my story of hardship. This is a positive place! Everything I have gone through has molded me into the woman I am today. I have brought light into the life of many through my interactive online Instagram show "Net-Sip and Chill" and I created this platform as an expansion for my own experiences. Hitting rock bottom ultimately teaches you about your strength and resilience. My stories are real and raw. I don't sugarcoat any challenge I face because self-awareness and mental health are important aspects of my life. I look forward to being an exceptional person of influence as I take you through what has made me, me. I love you all so much and I am grateful God has placed me on this path to speaking my truth.
