I was called to open the Akashic Records for this episode and share what wanted to come through for you all to hear, specifically on self-acceptance.   This year has been so challenging on so many levels and the theme going into 2021 is one of all the ways we can honor ourselves...through love, compassion, worthiness, and acceptance. Through the healing work I do every day, I see much lack in those areas and for us to experience all we want in this life, these areas are imperative for us to allow in. Recorded near Mount Rainier National Park during my two week vacation in August 2020.  Lots of spiritual healing and one huge lesson learned! I have important things to say.  You have important things to say.  We all do.  Our individual voices matter.  And yet we keep quiet for fear of judgment, rejection, abandonment of connection. The problem with the fear is that we can't control what other people think or feel...someone is going to judge you.  Period.  End of story.  It's going to happen.  Can you say it anyway? Why?  Because someone out there thinks and feels the same way and that person matters.  That is where you will find the connection you are seeking.  That person wants to hear more of what you have to say. It's how you find your people.  So speak up, my friend.  Be you.  And watch your magical creation of connection.
