Send us Fan MailWhen the world feels overwhelmed by fire, fear, loss, and difficult news, what can we offer besides more worry? This guided meditation was created in response to the devastating wildfires affecting communities, wildlife, forests, and the Earth.Together, we will ground our feet in healing waters, soften the body, calm the nervous system, and imagine nourishing rain reaching every place it is needed.I'm not claiming that our thoughts alone can end a wildfire. But what if they COULD?Wouldn't we WANT TO think the flames out, or at the very least, choose more supportive thoughts in support of those directly affected? This is not an invitation to deny what is happening. It is an invitation to offer something steadier than fear.Thank you for Picturing Love with me.EXCITING UPDATE: You can now subscribe to the BRAND NEW Picture Love Substack HERE ➡️ https://substack.com/@picturelovekrisNew day - marking the 2500 download milestone it was time for a fresh evergreen intro a refresh! Have you ever had one of those moments where you just knew something? Or maybe you've noticed repeating numbers, meaningful coincidences, or signs that seemed too perfect to ignore. What if those moments aren't random? This week, we're joined by intuitive teacher, healer, and meditation guide Mark Mezadourian, whose work has helped thousands of people reconnect with their intuition, their spiritual guides, and the unconditional love that's always available to us.After a series of life-changing experiences and a profound encounter that led him to call on Archangel Michael, Mark's life took an unexpected turn. For more than two decades, he's explored what it truly means to communicate with angels and guides, helping others discover that intuition isn't a rare gift...it's something we're all born with.Mark reminds us that spirituality isn't about following complicated rules or trying to become someone different. It's about slowing down, creating space, and remembering what we've always had within us.In this conversation, we explore:What angels and spirit guides really are—and why they're available to everyone, regardless of religious backgroundHow Mark's personal journey led him from skepticism to a life devoted to spiritual guidanceThe surprising ways intuition speaks through seeing, hearing, knowing, and feelingWhy asking for help from the spiritual world is more powerful than most of us realizeHow to begin building your own relationship with angels and guides in simple, everyday waysThe role of free will and why guidance is always an invitation—not a predictionWhy guided meditation can help regulate your nervous system, quiet the mind, and make it easier to hear your own inner wisdomHow artists, ancestors, loved ones, and inspiring historical figures can also serve as spiritual guidesPractical ways to recognize signs, synchronicities, and the loving support that's already surrounding youWhether you're completely new to angels or you've been exploring spirituality for years, this conversation is an invitation to look at guidance through a new lens—one that's expansive, empowering, and deeply hopeful.Because perhaps the biggest takeaway is this: you were never meant to navigate life alone.MORE FROM MARK MEZADOURIANLearn more about Mark, book a private session, explore his guided meditations, workshops, and upcoming live events at markmezadourian.com.Experience Mark's meditations and events on Insight TimerCheck out Mark on YouTubeFollow Mark on Instagram: @markmezadourian Visit seekingcentercommunity.com for more with Robyn + Karen and many of the guides on Seeking Center: The Podcast. Do this before bed to calm your nervous system, support your vagus nerve, and drift into deep, healing sleep. This gentle vagus nerve reset meditation is designed to help you shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest using slow breathing, soft sighs, self-compassion, and a tender full-body scan. You're invited to arrive exactly as you are—busy-minded, tired, or tender-hearted—and be reminded again and again: you are safe, you are held, you are okay as you are. In this sleep meditation you will: - Use slow, rhythmic breathing and soft sighs to send a message of safety through your whole system - Explore a somatic hug and soothing (or imagined) self-touch to gently tone the vagus nerve - Experience a warm, tender body scan with visualization, from the crown of the head all the way to sleepy toes - Ground into three points of support beneath you and feel fully held and supported - Practice kindness, acceptance, and letting go of attachment and expectations - Rest into healing affirmations such as: - I am safe to rest - My body is heard - My body's natural healing is active now - rest deeply now This practice is ideal as a bedtime meditation, sleep hypnosis style relaxation, or a nervous system reset at the end of a long day. Listen lying down or seated, let the ground meet you where you are, and allow your body to remember how to rest, repair, and heal. If your mind wanders, that's perfectly okay. Thoughts can simply float by—like leaves on a slow stream—as you are gently guided back to your breath, your body, and the steady support beneath you.

Welcome, and thank you for being here. This guided meditation was originally recorded live during a meditation session I hosted on Twitter (now X) a few years ago. It has continued to be one of my favorite recordings, and after hearing how much it resonated with both me and others, I wanted to give it a permanent home here on the podcast.I've decided to share the original recording just as it was. The first couple of minutes are gentle music to give you time to get comfortable, settle into the present moment, and prepare for the meditation. If you're ready to begin right away, feel free to skip ahead about two minutes.Whether you're navigating a difficult season or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, I hope this meditation leaves you feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and reminded of the beauty that still exists within and around you.Thank you for sharing this moment with me.I'm so grateful you're here.

In almost every class Adrienne teaches, she tells her students that struggling is inevitable, but suffering is optional. She doesn't mean we get to choose whether difficult things happen to us or not. But sometimes we add another layer by fighting what we're already feeling. We tell ourselves we shouldn't be sad, shouldn't be anxious, shouldn't be angry, or that we should be farther along than we are. That struggle can create even more suffering.Today's meditation is simply an invitation to set that extra layer down, even if it's only for a few minutes.Sometimes we come to meditation because we want to become calmer, happier, more enlightened, or more awake. But if we look closely, that can become just another form of striving. Just another way of trying to be someone other than who we are in this moment. What if, instead, you didn't have to become anything? Have you ever wondered why you can show up perfectly, stay calm under pressure, and hold everything together for everyone else, yet still feel like you are quietly running on empty? In today's episode of Calming Anxiety, we unpack the hidden reality of high-functioning anxiety—the state where your outside performs flawlessly while your inside is quietly starved of fuel. Hosted by Martin, a clinical hypnotherapist and former frontline paramedic, this 10-minute session is designed specifically to help you move past the mere absence of panic and step into true nervous system regulation. Together, we explore the clinical concept of allostatic load—the accumulated weight of a thousand ordinary, unrecovered days—and engage in a powerful 4-2-6 breathing practice to stimulate your vagal tone and restore your ventral vagal state of deep safety. Key Timestamps & Journey Points00:00 – The Illusion of Coping: Why calm people still burn out and what high-functioning anxiety really looks like. 00:34 – Welcome to Calming Anxiety: Introduction by Martin, clinical hypnotherapist and former paramedic. 01:18 – Understanding Allostatic Load: Realizing that burnout isn't a sudden crash, but months of quiet, low-level sympathetic activation. 02:14 – The Vagal Tone Restoration: A guided 4-2-6 breathing exercise to signal safety to your brain. 04:02 – The Foundation Visualization: Journeying into the structure of your house to address the invisible wear and tear. 06:47 – Affirmations for Rest: Internalizing permission to step down before a collapse occurs. 08:04 – 3 Daily Caring Tips: Practical, immediate strategies to protect your energy and capacity. 09:41 – Outro & Community Connection: A reminder to prioritize your mind, body, and soul, and to always Be KindBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/calming-anxiety-guided-meditation-sleep-hypnosis-panic-attack-relief--4110266/support.Ready for More Calm?Thank you for listening to the Calming Anxiety Podcast, featuring guided meditation, mindfulness, and sleep hypnosis sessions with Martin Hewlett. Several months ago, I heard Unity minister Rev. David Alexander share an idea that has stayed with me ever since: Wholeness isn’t the goal; it’s the starting point. The more I’ve contemplated those words, the more I’ve found myself returning to them—not simply as an inspiring thought, but as something to be lived. Deep within, I believe our essential nature is already whole, already complete, already untouched by the changing circumstances of life. This meditation is an invitation to experience yourself from that perspective. Rather than striving to become whole, what if you began by remembering that you already are? How might that shift the way you relate to your challenges, your relationships, and your path forward? My hope is that this practice leaves you with a renewed sense of freedom, inner sovereignty, and the quiet ease that comes from resting in the truth of who you are. Are you stuck in heavy brain fog, unable to get going even though you know exactly what you need to do today? When your list is right there but your mind feels wrapped in cotton wool, this 10-minute guided meditation is your safe sanctuary to clear mental fatigue and gently unlock your momentum.Join clinical hypnotherapist and former frontline paramedic Martin Hewlett for a restorative "coffee break for the soul." Instead of forcing your mind to perform instantly, you will use a steady box breathing rhythm to settle an exhausted nervous system and learn the power of letting a cold engine warm up naturally. What you'll experience in this 10-minute sanctuary:The Box Breathing Pattern: An even, unrushed $3$-second square breath (inhale, hold, exhale, pause) to bring immediate balance to mind and body. The Cold Engine Visualization: A calming mental shift to release the pressure to perform and allow your capability to return naturally. Permissive Affirmations: Reprogramming the subconscious to accept moving slowly while still arriving exactly where you need to be. 3 Daily Caring Tips: Practical hacks to externalize your plans, trigger sensory shifts, and clear away cognitive fog right now. Time Chapters00:00 – Caught in the Morning Brain Fog01:08 – The $3$-$3$-$3$-$3$ Box Breathing Technique03:21 – The Cold Engine Metaphor: Permission to Idle05:09 – Affirmations to Unlock Motion & Focus08:04 – 3 Daily Caring Tips for Mental Fatigue09:01 – Gently Returning to Your Senses09:30 – Martin's Reflection: Shifting My Own Negative Mood TodayMid-Show Content: AffirmationsTo be repeated quietly within your mind during the session: "My mind doesn't need to be sharp before I begin." "One small movement is enough to start the engine." "Fog lifts in its own time; I don't need clear skies to take the next step." "I am allowed to start slowly and still arrive." "My capability returns with motion, not before it." 3 Daily Caring TipsValue the Idle Time: An engine that is already idling warm is significantly easier to drive than one trying to force motorway speeds while freezing cold. Give yourself five minutes of zero-pressure preparation before attacking your day. Externalize the Plan: When your mind is wrapped in cotton wool, stop trying to hold the whole project in your head. Write down or say out loud only the very next physical action your hands need to take—not the entire job. Change the Air in the Room: Brain fog often responds much faster to a sensory shift than a mental one. Break the cognitive loop by opening a window, stepping outside for two minutes, or moving to a completely different room to signal a reset to your senses.Caring CTA & LinksIf you are looking for a structured, deeply supportive path through your anxiety beyond the daily morning fog, take the next step with our specialized course. Have you ever caught yourself reliving the same difficult conversation over and over again, wishing you could just let it go? In this episode of the Happy Mind Happy Life Podcast, Michelle shares the personal experience that inspired this message. After finding herself replaying difficult situations, worrying about circumstances she couldn't control, and carrying emotions she no longer wanted to live in, she realized something powerful: Your mind is always practicing something. The question is... what are you practicing? Whether it's frustration, fear, gratitude, compassion, or peace, the thoughts and emotions we return to most often begin to shape our inner world. While we can't always control what happens around us, we can become more intentional about what we repeatedly practice within ourselves. In this episode, Michelle explores how intentionally bringing your attention back to feelings like gratitude, love, and appreciation can help strengthen those emotional pathways over time. It's not about pretending life is perfect or ignoring difficult emotions. It's about creating more balance and giving your nervous system another place to return to. The episode concludes with Smile From Within, a gentle guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with feelings of calm, kindness, gratitude, and inner peace. Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply looking for a mindful reset, this episode offers practical insight followed by an experience that you can return to whenever you need it. In this episode, you'll discover: Why your mind naturally replays difficult conversations How your focus influences your emotional patterns Why what you repeatedly practice becomes easier to feel A simple mindset shift to cultivate more peace and resilience A calming guided meditation to help you smile from within ✨ Free Resources If this episode resonates with you, I'd love to stay connected. Waking up to the toxic load built into lives we were told are common, safe, and totally normal can feel frightening. Everyday microplastics, seed oils, and even toxic people quietly drain your energy. Learn the small changes that protect your peace and health. What I've learned in 20 years is that a good life is rarely built in one dramatic overhaul. It grows through small, deliberate acts of self-respect. When perfectionism takes the wheel, we freeze or burn out. Channel that fear into grounded action, trust your own authority, and make one cleaner choice today. Guided Meditation - Claim Your Invisible Fortune

    The Reality Revolution Podcast

Before a single dollar has moved, your fortune already exists in the quantum field. Organized. Complete. Real in the invisible domain that underlies all physical reality. This meditation takes you there. You relax completely, fill the body with light, drop into the field, and find your fortune already waiting for you. You inhabit it as something already received. You feel the specific number that represents financial freedom for you and let the body receive that feeling all the way in. Then you seal it with the three sacred phrases the field responds to more than any other combination of words in the human language. I receive this. I am grateful. I am this. ⠀ People who do this meditation consistently see tangible changes in their outer world. Money moves. Opportunities appear that were invisible before. The right people show up at the right moment. Financial doors that had been closed simply open. This is what happens when a consciousness makes genuine contact with its own invisible fortune and carries that frequency forward into every conversation, decision, and financial encounter of the days that follow. The fortune is already there. This meditation is how you find it, feel it, and bring it into your physical life.

Welcome, lovely one. This guided meditation is a gentle nervous system reset, recorded at sunrise in South Australia with the sounds of cockatoos, rosellas, parrots, and kookaburras in the background. You'll be invited to: - Settle your body and soften the jaw, shoulders, and brow - Rest one hand on your belly and one on your heart (or simply imagine them there) - Move between activation and safety using a pendulum-style somatic focus - Practice affirmations such as: "I am here. I am held. I am allowed to feel good." - Explore a calm lake visualization for letting go - Reflect on what is within your control and what is not (the "two bowls" practice) - Choose one small act of change in your life - Visualize golden roots to the earth and a silver thread to the sky, aligning motivation and acceptance - Imagine clear boundaries (a castle and moat) protecting your values - Gently recalibrate your nervous system with golden healing light This practice may support you if you're feeling: - Overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally flooded - Stuck in people-pleasing or over-responsibility for others - Tired from grief, stress, or life transitions - In need of a calm, steady reminder that you are allowed to feel good, safe, and held Please take what you need, pause where you need, and let this be a soft place to land. 0:00 Opening, settling the body & sunrise birdsong 4:00 Hand on belly and heart – somatic safety & pendulum grounding 10:00 Affirmations – "I am here, I am held, I am allowed to feel good" 16:36 Lake visualization – letting go & CBT-style reframing 24:00 Two bowls: what I can control, what I release & one small act of change 33:20 Abundance, boundaries (castle & moat) & nervous system recalibration About Lauren Ostrowski Fenton Lauren Ostrowski Fenton is a meditation teacher, yoga instructor, counselor, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner based in South Australia.
