The snow began to pile up and the Hellraisers had only a short amount of time to make it to the other side of Knifeblade pass. Arnica called her friend Yewburn the treant for help navigating up the mountain, in exchange for his help he ask that they settle and argument between his two friends Babera and Herald. By introducing the magic of fate to the two elementals via a coin flipping they resolve the argument and continue to Falkirk. However when they arrived, no one was there and Arnica was left crushed when her patron Helm did not know their fate either.
Our crew began their journey into the mountains and bunker down for the night as snow began to fall but in the night while Kel and Arnica built a snowman, they heard the howls of something in the forest, something deep and inhuman. Mav felt pulled to the woods and Arnica and Kel had to search to find her after she transformed. Zahnesh bonded even more with his Reginald, his stolen pet, over him catching some fish for him. After their evening in the woods and hearing the beast in the woods once again, they quickly packed up and traveled east until they reached The Minstrel’s Cellar, the last inn before the Brigfar Mountains.
The crew is on their way to Falkirk but a treacherous road lays ahead of them. As they bunker down for the night, what began as a night of light hearted fun turns to fear as Mav goes missing.
