Today's episode is a short one that talks about: What to get yourself for the holidays. During a time of the year that is often hectic for many, how do we navigate our growth and happiness. We can only best take care of others if we ourselves are taken care of. Listen and learn how to give yourself a gift that you'll use for a long time. Leave a 5 star rating and happy holidays:)
On this episode, I interview good friend Tony Seing. Tony is an entrepreneur of sorts; has held multiple careers ranging from engineer to SMMA. Currently working on his pHD, Tony sits down with me to talk about: planning less. We discuss how planning doesn't always work out, and how learning to let go and go with the flow can help you grow and discover new things about yourself. There is a lot of valuable information as Tony and I share our perspectives. Please leave a 5 star review if you enjoy:)
So you took that leap of faith to pursue your passion... And it's not working out all that great. Well, in this episode of HIGHLIFERADIO, I interview my good friend Harrison, who shares his troubles and experiences with moving across the country to chase his dreams. While often we are told to do what we love and follow that road, we are often NOT told about the hardships and struggles that go along with forging your own path. Being a fitness coach himself, we go over how fitness has been his anchor, how it keeps him moving throughout his life, and above all, how it comes into play when your back is up against the wall and you aren't sure what to do next. This is probably my favorite episode I've done, and there is so much value to be taken from this conversation. If you enjoyed the episode and it made your day a bit better, please share this episode however you can, and head over to iTunes and leave a 5 star review! It would mean the world to me, and so please, let me know what you think! :)

2017 was a year to never forget. I feel like many people are saying this about it, but truth in told it was a wild ride. 2017 featured me graduating college, getting a big boy job, pain and suffering, and self-discovery, all the while reaching new goals with my I passion for health and fitness. Through the series of difficulties that I pushed through, I learned many lessons and had unforgettable experiences. This being the last blog post of 2017, I wanted to highlight six of the biggest lessons 2017 taught me, and how they have prepared me for the upcoming New Year. - 2017 introduced me to a whole new life, yet was just the warmup. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, but I still got to win a race. These 6 principles however, make the race-and you-that much better. - As always, I really appreciate everyone’s love and support throughout this journey! The amazing feedback I’ve gotten with the blog and now the podcast is heartwarming, so a BIG THANK YOU to each and every one of
What’s up everyone!? Just dropped a new blog post and podcast (link in my bio) and this week I elaborate on the concept of the 1st 100 days. Earlier this week, I hit my 100 day marker since embarking on this journey. Some of you may have seen that post with the cool selfie lol, but I got a lot of amazing feedback from so many people that I felt compelled to share what the initial startup is like. So many reached out to me about either being in a similar spot or wanting to take that first step, so I highlighted my first 100 days and broke it down so that anyone can get an inside look into what it’s like to take that big first step. The podcast is a real in depth conversation covering all the kinks and perspectives, whereas the blog kind of highlights the talk and gives a more instructional, step by step approach! - Take your pick on which you’d like to learn from (both would be awesome, but a little redundant tbh
I had such a great time interviewing my good friend Andres Allen (@disruptive_strength)! He’s an extremely successful CPT at one of the largest gyms in the area, established powerlifter, and an all around amazing individual with a ton of insight to give! He brings a lot of value in this episode, talking about everything from his own accomplishments, to overcoming obstacles, to what he’s learned from working with thousands of people! Definitely give this episode a listen, straight
This is a quick rant on overcoming a shitty morning. I woke up and was in disarray; shit was hitting the fan and everything was bonkers. I had two choices: 1, go back to sleep and wait for time to do absolutely nothing. Or 2, take control of the situation and solve it. It was the start of my day, and no way was I gonna allow it to be ruined by a bad wake up. So I took a deep breath, made a coffee, and one by one resolved my issues and now tuned a terrible start into a productive happy day! Don’t let negativity hold you back; you have the power to overcome it and take control of your day!
Happy Thanksgiving! It’s a time of the year where we indulge in decadent food and spend time with loved ones. Often during this time of the year we talk about what to be thankful for, and all the good in our lives. Listen in as I briefly touch on my perspective on gratitude and what we should all be thankful for :)
On this very first episode of HIGHLIFERADIO, I talk about who I am, what I aim to do with this podcast, and why and how I’m able to do it. I go over my experience with how health and fitness changed my life, and how I learned to take a leap of faith and find myself in doing so! Also, some life advice on how to “just do it”. I talk about the funny thing that happens when you tell yourself to just do it! (Hint, you actually end up doing whatever it is!). If you enjoy the episode, I would seriously appreciate a review on iTunes! Bringing you value is why I do this, and if I’m able to succeed in that, then a little feedback means the world to me!
