In The Book of Mormon, Alma teaches that those who want to more fully follow Christ need to be willing to 'mourn with those that mourn'. I believe many of us are good at seeing people who are mourning, our hearts are pricked and we desire to reach out, and often do, and then we get stuck. How do we create a safe space for the other person to mourn and struggle without being dismissive, judgmental, or a fixer? How do we really mourn with them? This podcast will not only help create awareness around your go-to behaviors that may not be so helpful, but you will also learn some tools to use that will truly allow you to 'mourn with those that mourn.' Send us Fan MailRHOC Stay In Your Lane Vicki!RHOC S20 E5 Designers and DildosThis week on The Real Housewives of Orange County, the drama is all about Carmella, money, and whether anyone can simply let the woman live. Vicki is immediately suspicious of Carmella and her relationship with Jenn, especially after learning that Carmella has invited Jenn to work on her next project and plans to pay her around $20,000. Vicki questions why Carmella is sharing details about her finances and insists that something doesn't pass the “sniff test.” Meanwhile, Emily gets to know Carmella better and learns about her criminal history, while Carmella explains that she wants to help Jenn professionally and sees it as an opportunity for women to support one another.Things get even messier at the winery when Carmella arrives with her own vodka and Vicki immediately starts beating the “Debbie Downer” drum again. Tamra tries to encourage Vicki to give Carmella a chance, but the tension quickly shifts to Heather and Emily's fractured friendship. Heather is deeply hurt after Emily told her to stop talking, while Emily stands by her comments and refuses to change who she is just to accommodate Heather. Gina tries to mediate but ends up getting caught in the middle herself. Just when the arguing reaches peak Housewives territory, Carmella offers to flash a boob to break the tension—which somehow fails to work with this particular group. And then there's the gift. Carmella's extravagant present for Emily—including a Dior bag and a very unexpected adult accessory—becomes a major source of controversy. Gina thinks Carmella is flaunting her money and trying too hard to buy Emily's friendship, while Carmella insists she was simply being herself and never intended for the gift to become such a spectacle. The conversation eventually circles back to Carmella's business dealings with Jenn, with Vicki continuing to question her motives and Gina admitting that she sees Carmella as competition. Despite all the suspicion, jealousy, awkward gifts, and endless accusations, this episode delivers exactly the kind of lighter, ridiculous Housewives drama that is fun to watch—and the conclusion is clear: keep Carmella, but someone please get Vicki to stop saying “Debbie Downer.”Support the showhttps://www.wewinewhenever.com/

Talk of Content marketing started appearing online around 2007. One of the few people who  started talking about it was former Funnel Reboot guest Joe Pulizzi. It wasn't until 2014 I became aware of marketers who were staking their career on the profession of creating content. I found the idea of giving-away-expertise a bit unsettling.  Maybe it was because for a dozen years prior to that, I'd mainly communicated with audiences through paid ads. Gradually, Content marketing won out - we simply expect content on social media brings marketing results.  Only one problem, our guest says most of us aren't doing content marketing right. One of her main critiques is that we're making too much of it.. I'll use myself as an example. Let's look across the various accounts I've had on twitter/x; that have a combined 40,927 posts. Of those, analytics says only about 200, or 0.5% of them were home runs. If I'd known how our guest turns less into more; my marketing results could have been very different. I would also have been less stressed and would have slept better. Our guest is founder of Globia Content Marketing agency. After earning two Bachelor's degrees, from the University of Puget Sound and Boise State University, and completing her Master's at the University of Colorado Boulder, our guest spent two decades as an in-house B2B marketer. Wanting to improve how content marketing's done, she started posting on LinkedIn and built a sizable following and hung out her shingle in 2023. In 2025, she published her book Content Simplified.  Let's go to boise idaho to speak with Lee Densmer   Chapter/Timestamps 00:00 Intro 01:34 Meet Lee Densmer 02:46 Why Content Fails 04:08 Quantity Trap 05:47 Three by Five Framework 07:27 Set Three Goals 09:23 Burnout Social Example 10:48 Pick Three Buyers 15:14 Choose Three Themes 17:09 Mission Statement Focus 19:29 Stay In Your Lane 21:08 Avoid Endless Debates 22:28 AI Limits And Guardrails 25:54 SME Interview System 28:30 Chatbot Announcement 28:59 CEO Approval Bottleneck 30:59 Channels Promotion Repurpose 33:48 Metrics That Matter 36:29 Proving ROI And Budgets 37:21 Book details & Wrap Up  Links to everything mentioned in the show are on the Funnel Reboot site's page for this episode.

How do you stop comparing yourself to everyone else? Comparison promises confidence, but usually leaves us feeling anxious, insecure, or never enough. In this message from John 21, discover why Jesus calls us to stop looking sideways and start following Him. When your identity is rooted in Christ instead of comparison, you're free to stay in your lane and live out the unique purpose God has for your life.

In a world drowning in information and drama, Pastor Paul Chapman reveals a profound biblical prescription for maintaining our sanity and spiritual peace. Drawing from 1 Thessalonians 4:11, we're challenged to embrace a countercultural ambition: to study to be quiet. This isn't about ignoring sin or burying our heads in the sand, but rather about understanding our God-given jurisdiction. The sermon unpacks six powerful biblical truths that help us navigate the chaos of our digital age. We learn that gossip and busybodying are placed alongside murderers and thieves in Scripture's hierarchy of sins, reminding us that our words and attention carry weight. The concept of staying in our lane becomes more than a driving metaphor—it's a spiritual discipline that protects our peace and effectiveness. We're reminded that God never called us to police the world or carry burdens He never assigned to us. Instead, we're called to mind our own business, work with our own hands, and trust God with the rest. This message speaks directly to our social media-saturated lives where everyone's problems become our problems, and where accusations fly faster than truth can catch up. The wisdom here is timeless yet urgently relevant: innocent until proven guilty, two or three witnesses, hear both sides, and ultimately leave judgment to God.

Have you ever looked at someone else's fat loss journey, prep, business, marriage, or faith walk and thought: "Why does it seem easier for them?" Maybe they're eating more food. Maybe they're doing less cardio. Maybe they're losing weight faster. Maybe they're getting results you feel like you've been working twice as hard for. In this episode, Rachel shares a powerful lesson from her own prep journey and a conversation with Coach Ashley that completely shifted her perspective. The truth? You rarely know the full story behind someone else's results. What looks like less cardio may actually be 19,000 steps per day. What looks like an easier path may be years of consistency. What looks like overnight success may be built on unseen sacrifices. This episode dives into why comparison keeps women stuck, how to trust your own process, and how to stop making emotional decisions based on what everyone else is doing online. Through the RARE Framework (Rewire, Anchor, Regulate, Execute), you'll learn how to focus on your own data, trust the process in front of you, and build confidence in the plan designed for your body and your season. In This Episode We Discuss: Why having a coach helps remove emotion from decision making The difference between data and drama Why comparing protocols is dangerous How steps, cardio, and activity levels can look completely different from person to person Why your body is the ultimate feedback system The hidden stress comparison creates Asking better questions instead of second-guessing yourself Why the goal is not to copy someone else's plan but to understand your own Practical ways to stay focused on your journey The RARE Breakdown REWIRE Stop believing that someone else's results mean you're doing something wrong. ANCHOR Your body, your season, and your journey require a unique approach. REGULATE Return to facts instead of fear. Trust data over emotions. EXECUTE Stay compliant with your plan. Ask questions. Track trends. Focus on your next right step. Scripture of the Week Galatians 6:4-5 "Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else, for each one should carry their own load." This Week's Challenge Ask yourself: Where have I been comparing myself to someone else's journey? Then answer: What would it look like to fully trust my process for the next seven days? No second-guessing. No protocol hopping. No chasing shiny objects. Just seven days of focused execution. Because the woman you're becoming isn't built through comparison. She's built through consistency. Every choice is either fighting FOR her or fighting AGAINST her. We all get triggered, it's part of being a human with an imperfect past. That's not the problem. There are patterns, signals, and moments most people miss simply because they're focused on what's right in front of them.   Once you start to notice what's actually happening around you, the way you make decisions starts to shift. Humans are wired for connection but our primitive, protective brain often sabotages intimacy, making marriage hard. Each partner brings a personal "story" (adaptive behaviors from childhood) that feels true but can trap us in defensive patterns. Real partnership asks both people to own and clean up their stories, offer grace, and create a safe space for vulnerability. When two people choose growth over blame, differences become strength and true intimacy can grow. A decades-long research project has learned that the quality of our lives depends on the quality of our relationships. And what a tragedy that so many of us do not have the tools to create deep, intimate, connected relationships. We have a tendency to hide our true selves behind half-truths, behind saying we're 'fine' when we're not, behind being so amenable and accommodating that we never rock the boat. And yet, in seeking to keep things low-maintenance and easy, we are being dishonest with ourselves and with our partner about who we really are, what we really desire and prefer, and we show up instead as a shallow shell of who we really are. Until we truly learn how to be honest with ourselves and with our partners about who we are and what we really want, we will never be able to create the equal partnerships so many of us crave. Trying to control someone is not the same as loving or caring for them. True compassion respects autonomy; it does not try to engineer outcomes. So, do not exhaust yourself trying to change what is not yours to fix. Peace comes from accepting what is, keeping in mind that acceptance does not mean approval, it simply means recognizing what is within our control, and gently releasing what is not.

From celebrity activism to everyday leadership, we explore how visibility equals influence, and why using your voice is a form of power. This episode challenges the idea that any of us should remain quiet or apolitical and makes the case that all people, regardless of their platform, are leaders with the ability to drive change.
