We all go through different stages as creative, designer, etc. I think that there are specific stages everyone goes through as a creative and some people find stages that they are comfortable with and do not desire to keep moving. These stages include hobbyist, amateur, professional, and master. Each of these have multiple different levels inside of them. Also people will find that they are perfectly okay with some of these categories and that is okay. As designers and creatives you do not need to always be top of the food chain.
