I think that the friendships and relationships we maintain are some of the most important factors when it comes to our physical/mental health, mindset, and success. Whether it is your partner, friends, or family you need to ensure that a person is bringing positivity into your life and encouraging you to grow as an individual. Even though it may be hard to distance yourself from or end communication with someone who is “toxic”, there's definitely an endless amount of opportunities for happiness and growth when you don't have negativity in your everyday life... and everything happens for a reason!!!
