Our beliefs are the first filter that all our experiences go through, right or wrong. When we find ourselves acting in ways that don't have positive outcomes, we need to evaluate our beliefs and make changes if needed.This doesn't mean that doing this will turn every negative in to a positive....it is just remembering that you can control every aspect of you in a situation and focusing on that gives you the highest chances for success.
