There is something to be said about the person that shows up in the room boldly. They catch people's attention and infiltrate the conversations in the room. They OWN who they are unapologetically! Can I tell you a secret? You have the power to show up like that! On any platform, in any room and at any time YOU can be the one that turns heads. That is done by owning who you are. I mean all of YOU. The good, the bad, and the ugly parts are all what makes you uniquely YOU! That type of confidence takes a few things like consistency and accountability. You'll have things you must do before you even step foot in the room. That is what this discussion is about. The mindset shift that each person who has been successful has had to endure. The reality checks and balances that often go unseen are important. So, do a check in with yourself after you listen to this episode. What are some areas where you need to own YOU? When you show up...you light up the room! Not the dress or the suit Not the eloquent words Not the bling or hairIt's YOU! You get used to one way of living, but when you have a child, everything seems to change and you therefore have to adjust, so we want to talk about our experience as parents and what we have done to adapt to a new lifestyle. One thing you kind of have to give up when you have kids is privacy as all the kids think when you go to the bathroom, they can come too. Eating is another thing you can no longer do alone and as soon as those kids see you eating something, they're gonna want some and will feel entitled to have whatever it is you're having. You'll never feel lonely when you have kids. Privacy 1:38Eating 5:09Expectations 12:19Never lonely 15:18“Every single treat has noisy packaging, and it's like an alarm that little kids, like sharks that can smell a drop of blood in a million liters of water or something like that, kids can hear that. They can't hear anything else, but they can be 3 miles away and they'll hear a crisp packet open, or a chocolate bar, and they'll come running from 3 counties away.” 8:45https://www.theirishmummy.com/journal-to-joy/https://www.facebook.com/theirishmummy/https://www.instagram.com/the_irish_mummy/https://www.theirishmummy.com

Thich Nhat Hanh once wrote, "People have a hard time letting go of their suffering. Out of a fear of the unknown, they prefer suffering that is familiar." Sometimes we choose a job, a relationship, or make a big decision for the sake of certainty, even if this decision causes us suffering and dissatisfaction. Listen to this podcast to learn how to start overcoming your fear of the unknown to pursue a life of passion, freedom, and happiness.

Your intution has lead you here. GOOD! Brendan sits down with the amazing Jeffrey Allen, Mindvalley coach, speaker and intuition expert. The two have a fantastic time talking about what your intuition sounds like, your "God Mind" vs. your "Regular Mind," the difference between thinking with your intuition vs. thinking with you gut, tips for hearing and honing your intuition, effective energy tools to help you get what you want, and accidentally burning your house down with sage.
All people can have a tendency to speak the wrong words the wrong way. It is very important to speak life and words that are uplifting and positive. Speaking negatively can be harmful and damaging. SB and Jaki Draper discuss the power of words and the benefits of speaking life verses speaking negatively. Thoughts become words and words become actions. We must be mindful of the words we speak to speak life and not death. The episode is encouraging.

As crazy as it sounds, you chose to incarnate now, and there's a POWERFUL reason you chose to do so. For this is a special, sacred time - and End Times, but not in the way you think. According to Kryon, channeled by Lee Carroll, this is the end times for old systems and old ways of beings. It's a time where these systems fall apart, to make way for an ascension or transcendence to a higher level. And in this show you'll learn why you came, and how you can dive deep into ascension, and transcendence, to rise above this dimension, to a higher level. Retired Navy Captain and leadership expert David Marquet joins Chris to share the moment in the Navy that completely flipped his understanding of leadership. They discuss why the secret to leadership lies in giving up control, how to create spaces at work and at home where people can show up as their best selves, how slight language changes can make great character shifts in your life, and how you can have an impact at work no matter your pay grade. David Marquet (@ldavidmarquet) is a distinguished submarine captain who, as commander of the USS Santa Fe, took the ship and its crew from one of the worst performing in the Navy to achieving the highest retention and operational standings. He documented that journey in his best-selling book Turn The Ship Around, which has been listed as one of the top 12 business books of all time. His most recent bestselling book Leadership is Language was released in 2020 and outlines how just changing your words can dramatically improve decision-making and execution on your team.Full show notes at: https://allthehacks.com/leadership-david-marquet Selected Links From The EpisodeConnect With David Marquet: Intent-Based Leadership International | LinkedIn | WebsiteDavid's Books: Turn The Ship Around | Leadership is LanguageYoutube Channel: Leadership Nudges with David MarquetDavid's Talk that Chris shared dozens of times: Youtube Full Show NotesWho is David Marquet? BlockFi is the company I use to store all my crypto and I think they provide huge value because. Whether you buy your crypto with them or transfer in what you already have, you can start earning interest on all of it, which is a great way to earn some passive income with almost no effort. And that also includes stable coins based in us dollars where you can earn 9% without having your savings fluctuate with the crypto markets. This is where I store the cash I used to keep at a high yield savings account. Since opening my account, I've already earned thousands of dollars of interest.BlockFi also has a rewards credit card that instead of earning points or miles gives you Bitcoin back on every purchase you make offering 3.5% back in the first three months and 1.5% percent back after that. Masterworks is an alternative investing platform that gives you access to one of the most exclusive and overlooked investments in history: blue-chip art. Masterworks lets regular people invest in paintings by legends like Banksy Basquiat and Warhol without spending millions. In fact, I used masterworks to invest in a 15 million dollar Picasso the other day. Here's how it works: Masterworks will buy a painting they think will appreciate well over time, then they securitize that painting with the SEC, so you can invest in it instead of buying the whole thing. Once they sell the painting, later on, you get your share of the proceeds. It's that simple. In 2020 and 2021, masterworks sold two paintings that appreciated by over 30%. They have over 280,000 users and demand is as high as ever. He's also the co-founder of motivational interviewing, a strategy therapists use to help people deal with the ambivalence they feel about change. He's the author of many books, including his most recent book, On Second Thought, which explores the subject of ambivalence. Some of the things he talks about are how to accept that you're not completely committed to change, how to handle mistakes and setbacks, and how to talk yourself into doing something when you're "on the fence."
